This place is incredible. I came by as a walk-in to get a beard trim and was greeted warmly by one of the owners, offered a beer, and asked to take a seat before someone was available. It took less than 5mins before I was in a chair. The beard trim was the best I've ever received. It was so good I expected to find out that I would be charged something like $40 for it. After the trim the barber asks for only $12!! The only thing more shocking than the quality was how cheap the whole thing was. This will be my go to from here on out. read more

This place gave me the worst haircut I've ever had. The dude gave me a scissor mullet, which he said he could do, in 15 minutes. He didn't thin out the top or back like I asked and he didn't fix the sideburns like I asked. He didn't take the mullet in like I asked. I usually don't make reviews. But this was the WORST BARBER experience of my entire life. Allow me to explain. - First I walked into the shop to which nobody greeted me or said anything. This was my first time here. - Finally someone asked me if I needed anything. At a barbershop lol. - The guy in the last chair at the back of the shop who was sitting down slouched in his chair with headphones in motioned me over to his chair . At this point I was already annoyed. - He asks me in a demanding voice, "what do you want" and I say a 1 on the side and little off the top..."HOW MUCH" he says in a VERY annoyed tone. I almost walked out of the chair at that moment. Again he says even louder "HOW MUCH???". I said half an inch and a taper in the back. - Then he says okay, "you're gonna have to sit still" like it's my first time in a barbers chair lmao. What the heck. - the haircut proceeded and I'll give it to him, he didn't do a bad job. He never showed me the front or asked me if the length he was cutting off was enough which wasn't ideal but I was in desperate need of a cut so i just dealt with it. The entire time he was silent and never said a word. - At the end of the cut I took out $40 dollars. I asked him for ten back as I looked at the $25 men's haircut price on the wall.To which he says "it's 32". - I was confused and asked how is it 32 ? And he goes "you have a kids haircut". I said "a kids haircut?" Then he says a "specialty haircut". - underneath kids haircut on the pricing list indeed did say $32. But I never asked for a specialty haircut nor was there anything special about my normal, short on the sides long on the top cut. - I bit my tongue, handed over the cash and walked out. Knowing I'll never be back. Also on the way out nobody said thank you or anything. Complete silence. The vibe in the shop was weird. The only guy really somewhat in a decent mood was the dude with the scally cap in the front. To Mgmt - this isn't how you treat customers. I'm a first time customer looking for a new barber and I have to deal with that BS? Like I said it was the worst barber experience I've ever had and I've been to a lot of shops. Bad customer experience hurts the customer therefore which hurts your business. I hope you take this feedback and make some improvements. read more

I've been coming here for the past 7 months because i thought I found the perfect barbershop and barber until recently I came in to get a hair cut a few weeks ago . There's a few things that disappointed me recently. I was very disappointed my favorite guy Al ( he was the one at the very end and nearby the bathroom) is no longer there. He's the only who approach me since day one and willing to cut all type of people's hair cut. I would only go to him. And brought my 75 year old father to him too. My dad loves his hair cut every time . He's very patience with my dad and gives great advice. My dad is very hard to get along with. Al never judge me or the rest of my crew because I have hair just like a man. I have referred him so many people. He treats me with respect and definitely no judgement at all. He treated everyone the same. When he blaze me up it's a phenomenal hair cut! I get so many compliments. Anyways let me get to the point. I came in with three of my leisbian friends and one of my good guy friend. Nobody approaches us. We sat for 30 minutes . My guy friend was approach like 15 minutes later but none of us were approach . We all needed a hair cut too. and the whole store got some nerves to talk about dikes and disrespecting woman and other cultures. They talk a lot about nonsense stuff. That's very inappropriate for a business place. You have clienteles in the store. I spoke up and was like "we are here for a haircut and no one approaches us!" All the guys look at each other and one actually responded and was like we don't cut women's hair. Very f**** disappointed. Been coming for past 7 months and our hair is like not like one of typical women hair. Our hair were like men. It was extremely short. I can't believe my eyes and my ears. I will stop coming here and so the rest of the people I have referred here. Everyone there are extremely rude. They had a good barber there and lost that guy. Whatever reason he left it was a great idea. He's too good to stay there. I don't know who their manager or owner is . But you need to put your own people in place and speak to them. Treat everyone with respect and learn how to approach people when they walk into the door. The only person who alway approach was Al and he's the one who used to be at the end. How come the one who is closest to door does not approach anyone coming in or any of your other staff?? Does not feel welcome at all. I guess I have to look for a new barbershop . I was referred by colleagues. Definitely lost my business with you guys. P.S Oh yeah I got a hair cut with one of the guy and he butchered badly. It look horrible. At least I didn't pay this idiot $32.00. Was not worth it. At least when Al cut my hair I left feeling great about myself. I didn't mind paying 32.00 and see him every two weeks. Great shop.. Was in Boston for a wedding and was in a tight squeeze for a cut. Being a barber myself, I hold places to a higher standard. This place definitely came through. Clean, professional and overall good atmosphere. I'll definitely be back on my next trip back. read more
