This place has two rooms to sit in and has a very cozy vibe. Precious is the server who is so kind and will go the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable and gets what they need. The bartender, Jesse, is also very hospitable and makes delicious drinks. The food here is so good. The steak is extremely tender and flavorful. The bar snacks are spectacular and the caviar olives were a hit! I came for a revisit after quite awhile. It's better but the menu is still a bit lacking. Service was excellent as it always is. Nice decor and pleasant ambiance. I like coming to have a small gathering for what I call is Trans Talk Hour. It is a nice venue to do this and we always seem welcome. Even one of the long term staff came up to say hi. Drinks and food are not inexpensive so expect that at a fine 5 star hotel but there is complimentary water and snacks. I still miss the fritto misto but the current crab cake is pretty darn good so that helps. Easy street parking or convenient valet with discount with validation. read more

Reserved here for dinner. First off, it's really small, with just 2 rooms. I thought they were having us take a seat while they readied our actual table. Nope, that WAS our table. The table was way too small for dinner. They pulled out a nesting table, and were putting things on that because otherwise there was no room. They tried to take away our candle and flower because, yup: no room. Wildly impractical, and below Four Seasons standards. The menu was teensy, with a few apps, 1 salad, & a few entrees. Super-limited even for bar food. Again, not Four Seasons. The salad was impossible to eat (1/2 head of iceberg lettuce dumped on a plate). My other half got a burger (yawn), and I got a crab roll (I expected a sushi roll, but it was crab salad on top of bread, more like a play on a lobster roll). They brought the appetizer pretzel bread with our entrees (too late), plus each of our entrees already had bread, so doubly-dumb for them to bring it then. Overall, the ambiance was ok, flowers were amazing, drinks were interesting. But I really don't get this place. Felt like an afterthought, but without much thought. Really a letdown, particularly for Four Seasons. The whole concept could use a clean sheet redesign of the space, the furniture, and the menu. I've given it 3 stars only because of friendly, attentive staff who were clearly trying their best with a bad hand. read more

Oscar Sunday is my favorite day of the year, and I was thrilled to spend it with two of my girlfriends. We dressed in our best and had plans to each meet at The Four Seasons by 3:30 to get into the Windows Lounge for the watching party. I had spoken with the Lounge manager, Berhsan, a few times the week prior, in hopes of getting a table for the big day. I knew we were on the wait list, but I still followed up throughout the week to see if anything had become available for us. Yesterday afternoon, we all arrived on the lovely red carpet and were so excited to snap pictures as if we were at the actual Oscars. The bellmen and staff were all so kind, and we even received glasses of champagne as we waited for the Windows Lounge to open at 4pm. Bershan was there, and I introduced myself to him. Unfortunately a table had not opened up, but I said we would be happy to dine at the bar. There were only four or five chairs there, and we happily claimed three of them, making ourselves right at home for the evening! We felt so fortunate to be able to have these comfy, front-row seats, as every other spot had been reserved. The two gentleman bartenders who took care of us from 4-9pm were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive and fun and made us feel like we were a priority for the entire time. Bershan even checked on us mid-way through the evening, and I thought that was so considerate. We enjoyed many glasses of the The Forky Fizz, named after Toy Story 4, and altogether ordered a flatbread pizza, two sushi rolls, and fancy mozzarella sticks. There was a burst of excitement in the air for Parasite's many wins, and we were grateful to be there amid the joy. After the show ended, we explored the lobby area, peeked in the gift shop, and wandered a bit outside. The hotel itself was immaculate and there was a buzz of energy emanating throughout. While I can not speak to the food offered I can speak to the service and drinks. The ambiance is nice for a hotel lounge, however the service is not consistent with other hotels of this caliber. The staff was disorganized and rude, they delivered the wrong drink to our table a whiskey sour instead of a Pisco sour. They had run out of Pisco and decided to substitute a Pisco sour for the Whiskey sour since they were "similar enough". After we reiterated that we only wanted the Pisco sour and asked to remove it from the bill, they refused to do so. Additionally they had a meeting with an employee next to us the involved berating the employee for poor performance which was very unprofessional. The service was very slow and disorganized. Again, I can not speak to the food since we only got drinks but if the service is of a similar quality I would not attend again. read more

Decided to have a few drinks at this lounge after dinner in the the hood. Very classic and low key bar and lounge, live band was playing for the night. We chose to sit in a comfy and intimate couch, very relaxing and romantic. Hubby ordered Vesper martini, I had an espresso martini, both were perfect pours and very tasty. The specialty cocktails looked nice, I tried a Grey Goose vodka one, it was alright, a bit too sweet for me. For $18 a drink, it was not awfully overpriced for a four seasons hotel in Beverly Hills. I noticed the food items were reasonably priced too. We really enjoyed our quiet lounging, our waitress was very attentive and friendly, the service at four seasons is just top notch. Came here after dinner at il ciello. We had reservations for my cousins birthday. When we arrived they clear a nice table for us. We ordered the strawberry drink and none of us really like it, the waitress noticed and offered to fix the drinks for us. After having the drinks fixed my cousin didn't like her drink and they gave her drink complimentary for her birthday. The service was VERY nice. The lounge has a very jazz cool vibe with a nice relaxing atmosphere. There were people dressed up and people dressed casual as well. Overall great experience. I saw an amazing Tik Tok video of an Apre Ski fondue and hot chocolate experience at the Lounge at the Four Seasons and immediately knew I had to bring our family of 8 for this. I really wanted this to be an experience to be remembered. First off, let me give kudos to the hostess whom I called ahead and asked if she could accommodate our family. Not only did she help us with that, but she also helped us with a wonderful table that was comfortable and beautiful. The Christmas ambiance in the lobby and around the hotel was also amazing. The Lounge itself had a cute cable car type setting. Our teenage girls had many Instagram moments, keeping them happy and excited. Unfortunately everything went downhill after that. It took forever for our server to come to our table to get our drink orders, to then come back with our drinks. We then couldn't find him for awhile to order the hot chocolate for the 4 girls. After the order, it took forever to bring over the "first part" of hot chocolate orders and then probably another 10 mins before the actual hot chocolate arrived. Then yet another long wait until we found him so we could order the chocolate and cheese fondues. It started to really get frustrating as we saw tables arriving after us get their orders ahead of us. Well after an hour of our arrival, the chocolate fondue arrived but was not warm, candle beneath not lit. We asked our server about that who then immediately took it back. Unfortunately that resulted in another long wait. Our cheese fondue arrived after that. Older plates weren't taken away so we offered to clear ours by stacking them and handing them to another server. Adult cocktails were empty but we didn't want to risk distracting the server and delaying the chocolate fondue even more. By the time the chocolate fondue arrived, all of us were pretty much over the experience, nibbled on it and asked for the check. By the way, both the cheese and chocolate fondues tasted amazing. The wait staff isn't super attentive, but they actually make you feel incredibly welcome. Its dark, the music is good. Why the 3 stars? All the food was meh & (I know it's the Four Seasons, but...) the drinks are so overpriced! I can think of 100 other darkly alluring places in LA where I can cuddle up with my significant other for half the price. The patrons of Windows are 50+ and seem to be closing business deals... Came here with a Groupon deal - 2 drinks and an appetizer for $29.00. They have a list of interesting drinks. I got Windows Lounge punch. It was good. They put a huge square ice - you can tell it was good quality because I was sipping on it for a while and it didn't even melt (and the ice was clear with no white spot). For food, we got the cheese plate (most expensive dish in the appetizer section) and pomme frites. All the cheeses were good and very rich. Pomme frites are very good. Thick big cuts. and they came with ketchup and truffle mayo. The truffle mayo was good and the ketchup was home made (soo yummy!!! - highly recommended!!). A place you can drink and smoke comfortably. If you're not a smoker, you probably won't enjoy this place, well maybe if you're sitting inside you will, but on a cool summer night, the outside patio is the place to be. Mostly all the men are smoking cigars and its not faux pas even though we are in the 90210 area code. They're drinks are just stiff enough and the ambiance is great for any occasion. Although most of the guests here are the typical BH, christian audigier wearing, fake boob, lip implant having people, they are still fun to look at! Everyone mind's their own business and don't care who you are and what you're wearing and what you're doing, i guess everyone except me ;) I like this place cause the food is great and the service is even better! We were actually staying in the hotel here and stopped by both nights we were there. The patio is covered in adverse weather, but still nice and inviting, and you can smoke out there. They have a selection of cigars available to buy inside too if that's your thing. The prices are decent for Beverley Hills, beer was under $10 dollars, and drinks were good. We were in travel clothes (nice jeans and a sweater) both nights, and we weren't looked down upon, even though I felt severely underdressed. This is great for people watching!! Occasionally you might catch a star or 2 on the weekends. They have a great selection of food as well. Sliders, pizza, sushi, sandwiches, a little bit of everything. They're open late til around 3am too. Food under $30. Just a nice relaxed atmosphere all the way around, and super helpful non pretentious staff. read more

Oh Windows lounge...I have been here many times, not because I really wanted to, but I reside in the area and friends from time to time would invite me there for a drink. I always liked bars at hotels and OK, I understand that everything in LA is overpriced, but I would definitely expect better quality at a place like the four seasons. Cocktail menu is not that impressive and the prices are outrageous. I don't mind paying big buck for a drink as long as the product is sublime. Service is good, no complaints about the people who work there. They work hard but they also seem very reserved. I guess it is the company's policy to maintain certain boundaries between the staff and the guests which in my opinion is way outdated. To me fine dining is dead, you don't need protocol to have a good experience. All you need is good vibes and amazing food and drinks. If you like a place that always has a healthy amount of people, over priced drinks, nice atmosphere and always a few escorts trying to score clients, this is the place to be. I give it 2 stars for the over all atmosphere and alcohol selection. I would have given it 3 stars, but I saw a few fruit flies flying there. read more

Okay---so not the best selection of teas available here, but the superb staff did their best to give me my "fix" of Urth Cafe type non-caff tea latte with almond mylk. They took time to steam the mylk with cinnamon. I enjoyed it. My guests were happy with their alcohol selections amd their cigars :) we got a great table in the corner away from the windy weather. Plus, they brought down a blanket to help provide extra warmth... Tip-- the have tables on "Reserve" for parties 4 or more even though they do not actually take reservations for the patio area. ...and valet parking is 8 dollars if you visit and eat on the patio with validation. Definitely an older crowd, but the bartenders are good people. They typically have live music--last time they had a girl singing covers and she sounded great.
