Dinner. Alfredo pasta with steak. Delicious

The food I had today was great! I ordered the Alfredo pasta with steak and it was absolutely amazing! Service was normal as usual and not slow, and inside was nice and warm for once so it made it more cozy.

First time at the new rebuilt building. All the food looked very good. Price was reasonable. Would go back.

We were in town for a funeral and quickly realized there aren't a lot of dining options to choose from in the area. With that said, The Log Cabin turned out to be an excellent choice. I believe if we had multiple options, we would still choose this place. The food was generous and tasted great. We started with the fried mushrooms. They were perfectly fried and flavorful. We weren't sure if the dressing was homemade and forgot to ask. It was thick and very good. My husband ordered the Icelandic fish which ended up being a huge piece of fried haddock. He was very pleased. The fish was flaky on the inside with a tasty fried batter on the outside. I ordered the baked meatloaf with the gravy on the side since I wasn't sure if I would like it with gravy. Ended up pouring the gravy on because it was a good combination. The dinners come with a few sides. They were supposed to be served with dinner rolls which we didn't receive but we were so full we didn't miss them. We also ordered a meatball sub to go for our son who did go with us. He also enjoyed his meal. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. We would definitely eat here again if we are back in the area.

Black and Blue Sirloin Special.

We were traveling through this area and we're looking for a place to eat when we stumbled upon the log cabin restaurant. Atmosphere is good with plenty of seating, super friendly staff, I decided to go with the special of the black and blue sirloin. My daughter got the taco salad, and we had an appetizer of pizza rolls. At the end of the meal we only had one disappointment, and that was that they had already run out of the banana cream pie. Everything was delicious! Sorry we don't live near here!!

Very good food and at a fair price. Ham loaf was delicious and so was the ham and Swiss sandwich on a pretzel bun.

Everything was organized ahead of time, and they were extremely accommodating with various dietary needs, and so the whole dinner ran smoothly and stress-free. They were patient, friendly, and handled such a big group with ease, which we really appreciated. The food was very tasty and everyone got something they liked! Awesome local family spot that is worth the stop! Would definitely recommend!

We walked in 40 min before closing. They were busy which was a good sign. We waited to be seated. It took a little bit to order but we got it in. We then waited and found out the they were out of turkey for my turkey bacon club. We substituted ham for the turkey. We sat a bit longer before the food came out. My sandwich was fine (but the fries weren't seasoned) and my girlfriend's omelet was good. My daughter didn't like the chicken in the chicken Alfredo. The chicken was awfully bland. The staff really seemed intent on leaving as soon as possible. Some left before we were done. We were the next to last customers in the restaurant. The restaurant staff were fairly friendly just focused on the cleaning while we were there eating. We sat there longer because we weren't handed a check. I think we might have a different experience if we walked in earlier in the day. Although it shouldn't matter when you walk in to an open restaurant.

I ordered the grilled chicken salad with peaches and poppy dressing on the side. It was very fresh and tasty with the peaches on top. The twisty bread was soft and doughy. We received great service- friendly, helpful and quick. The interior was set up nice with a large window looking out at Main Street. The outside was decorated really pretty with beautiful planters of flowers. Please visit this hidden gem for breakfast, lunch, or brunch.

The first day, I got a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel with a hash brown. Not sure where the bagel was from but it was great - light and tasty. The rest of my family was happy with their orders too - omelettes and pancakes. The next day, I got the French toast. It's nothing fancy - basically like French toast you would get at home with regular bread, but I still finished my plate. My daughter got the same omelette she had the day before which is a testament to how delicious it was! She also loved her hot chocolate, especially the big serving of whipped cream on top. Happy with our decision to stop here and recommend to anyone in the area!
