The whole ignition lock needed to be replaced, and it started raining while this was happening so when it was done they came and picked me up from the nearby coffee shop where I'd been waiting. Little did I know that this place really doesn't have the equipment to provide the service requested. Instead he just used a phone and "tried" to program the keys.
