Little did I know that this place really doesn't have the equipment to provide the service requested. Instead he just used a phone and "tried" to program the keys. Knowing he didn't have the proper equipment to provide a programming service. But yet he had absolutely no problem charging me the full price. He knew it was beyond his capability. I made a last-minute call to Polk's Lock Service. The woman on the phone sounded a bit confused by my request to send out a locksmith, but she was friendly, and she promised someone would be there within 25 minutes and would call me when they were there. Better than the promised time, I received a phone call within 15 minutes. Once I introduced myself and explained the situation, the locksmith took out a couple items from his car, and he was into my passenger's door within 30 seconds. He was friendly, with lots of jokes to try to lighten the mood. No damage to my car or anything. He was able to take payment via cash or card - right at his own work van.
