Called Americlean to clean the air ducts in the mobile home we just purchased. The ducts were not only extremely dirty but there was a distinct smell of a dead animal in the house. Although Brian did a fantastic job cleaning the vents and removing several decomposed dead mice the smell persisted. Even though it wasn't part of his job he walked around the house identified the source of the smell took an air intake vent off the wall and found the dead mouse causing the problem. We contacted them twice afterward to request they come back out, and were told, in essence, that we just needed to deal with it. To make matters worse, we were incorrectly charged twice and had to go through the hassle of addressing the billing error. For the price we paid, we expected professionalism, quality service, and accountability. Instead, we received none of the above.
