They cam back out and reset the code but did not diagnose the cause. Soon after this visit the system went down again with same error code. Pipes froze and burst damaging wood floors, and now a new arrow code with the other one. The tech Lied about the system working when he arrived and said no error code was displayed. They refuse to take responsibility. Dishonest and incompetent company. I do not recommend this company.

Since then the Tesla app reports that the power wall is off line. What does that even mean? Called Eagle Point and to we were on a "schedule" no answer to what power wall off line means, just we are in their que. Does it mean if there is a power outage, with the tens of thousand we spent, are we SOL? I spent over an hour with Tesla and after their troubleshooting they said we would have to call Eagle Point. Nothing for them but we are scheduled, no idea when but we are scheduled. Back before they got paid, they communicated great, they have their cash and we are on a schedule.... Great help. One hiccup was that the person who did the estimate said he'd be doing the work, but misjudged how to implement the new install and wasn't there on install day. Two different people showed up on install day and noticed right away it couldn't be done the way the first person thought (also didn't seem like it was communicated to them what we needed done in general, so I needed to explain). They were very quick to troubleshoot and come up with a solution though. They did everything, including putting the fans together out of the boxes, and got the job done quickly and at a fair rate. Very friendly and treated everything with a sense of urgency. The new fans have been working great and will definitely keep Biechler in mind for any future projects. Highly recommended! I think if they work on the logistics/communication between the estimator and people doing the work, it will make their job go even smoother. Fortunately, they have some great problem solvers on their team.

Engle plumbing is a family owned business with great customer service and well trained, dedicated…read morestaff. I recently had a big leak at our Galena townhouse that was going down to the 1st floor and causing the ceiling tiles to collapse and creating a big mess. I called 3 plumbers and none were able to come until a week down the road. Engle Plumbing was different. They were referred to us by Eagle Ridge Resort due to the great work, fair pricing and outstanding customer service. When I called Engle Plumbing, Stacy in customer service listened and promised she would do everything she could to get the leaks fixed as soon as possible. Stacy sent over a plumber that same day named Cody who cut through the drywall and patched the pipes which took him only 30 minutes to do from start to finish. I truly thought this leak would be a huge job with many surprises since the leak was hidden behind a wall. I was thrilled with the outcome and the price was fair and the response time was unbelievably fast. Since they did such a great job we asked Engle Plumbing about redoing our outdated pipes and they are now in the process of completing that job as well. Eagle Ridge Resort recommends Engle Plumbing to local property owners who need a reliable plumber. We totally understand why they are a preferred vendor for this big resort. We have 2 dogs and Cody was great with both of them so if you have a dog you can trust him to treat your dog well. You are in very good hands with Engle Plumbing. I highly recommend their plumbing services for any problems you have.
