I contacted Affordable Door Service when I needed to replace a garage door opener. I normally…read morereplace my openers but the freezing weather and getting a one piece track (store bought tracks come in segments) was a no brainer. While gathering quotes, Joe was the one who actually paid attention to what I requested and matched me with the model I needed. There was no upselling. A competitor came in with a lower price, but that was only because they substituted a lower-performance opener. His quote didn't arrive the fastest, but once we started communicating, he was very responsive through text and kept the process moving. On installation day, he arrived on time, completed the work without any issues, and hauled away the old opener. The installation and wiring were clean and professional, and he took a few minutes to explain maintenance steps--like proper lubrication--that I hadn't been aware of. Overall, the experience was straightforward and reliable. When the second opener eventually needs replacing, I'll be calling Joe again.
