I contacted Eagle Point Solar, not knowing if the cable just needed some caulking, or outright replacement. I was contacted by one of the VPs of the company! He got me on the list for the repair crew working our area. The repairman arrived yesterday, and quickly replaced the worn housing, checked that the overall system was working, and was promptly on his way. He was polite and professional. I was impressed with the good customer service, and how EPS kept me closely informed on when to expect their technician. I am pleased with the service they provide. I would recommend EPS to others.

I was extremely fortunate to find Eagle Point Solar. I submitted the usual information (my address and electricity usage). I received a sophisticated evaluation using newer technology showing that I would only recoup 35% at most because of the trees around my home. After discussing the pros and cons with David Pardoe, my contact at Eagle Point, I decided not to pursue solar. Finding an honest broker was terrific in an industry filled with high-pressure sales tactics and misinformation. Highly recommended.

Three thoughts for you; Professional, efficient and reasonably priced. You can shop but if you want it done right......make the only reasonable choice.

Do not recommend this company at all. We've had these solar panels now for three..three and a half…read moreyears. The only positive where the contracted company to install the solar panels themselves and the installers were cordial, kept us up-to-date and excellent at their craft. We have had zero rook leafs (we had a new roof put on immediately before our solar panel installation to ensure a long longevity for the roof and solar panels.). They do not call you back in a timely matter even when promised they will for a current customer. The salesman was so slick and tried to switch out the panels he initially sold us on until we caught it before signing the paperwork. I even called the solar panel manufactures myself and asked if they were being discontinued, nope they sure weren't, and when we called the salesman out on it, ge skirted aroubd the answer. And already we're having issue with a solar panel. Something that cost 32k should not be failing with a 20 year lifetime. And your electric bills will not be cheaper in the summer, even though there's abundant sun but your AC is working overtime to cool your house, and certainly not cheaper in the winter when there's less daylight hours. Extremely disappointed.

The first time the representative tried to get me to sign a service contract for something I didn't…read morewant with an existing solar structure, didn't provide information for what I DID ask about. The second time he told me it'd cost me for them to send out a full crew to assess what I already have to give me an estimate for adding onto the existing system if I didn't send them an engineer's drawing of what's already there. The only "work" involved with getting specs for an estimate would be 10 minutes worth of measuring by one person, maybe a few minutes more of discussion. The job I was looking for is a small one, and I know it would cost more per unit than a larger one, but paying for ONE person to come out and gather specs for an estimate is totally unreasonable. If you want solar, find someone else who really appreciates the business and is willing to provide decent service.
