I explained the treadmill was cumbersome to move due to its weight, and that I was unable to help as a 62-year old who has survived a heart attack. We arranged for a time of "5-ish" and I waited outside for 30 minutes. Finally at 5:35 we left to get dinner. There was no call asking where we were, and I tried their number but the phone rang five times and stopped. It's now 1 hour 20 minutes after the supposed appointment, but I've heard nothing back from them I can't leave a rating, because there was NO JOB DONE!!

They called after they had already arrived at the new house, so I stopped by the old house to make sure they had locked up. Turns out left my front door wide open (not just unlocked actually OPEN). I didn't want to make a big deal of it so I locked up and met them at the new house and mentioned quietly to one mover what had happened. They were very apologetic. The next day while unpacking we noticed things missing, so I went back to the old house to see if anything had been left. They left 2 carloads of stuff in the house, and left half the windows on my second floor OPEN. It got to -13 degrees that night and my windows were open. I called the company to complain and was told they would call me back. I waited a week, called again, was told they would call me back. Waited another 2 days, called back and was told "The movers don't open windows. They don't lock/unlock doors. It's your responsibility to make sure they remove everything from your house." I was told I could come in and have a meeting with the movers, I'm not entirely sure what that would accomplish since either they lied to management or management is lying to me. Manager at the company told me if I wasn't willing to watch the crew like hawks and basically be their supervisor I shouldn't have hired them. I wish someone had told me that before I paid them nearly $3000. Manager told me if I wanted to tell the world about my experience to go right ahead, and if I ever needed to be moved again to call Mayflower. I suggest you all do the same.

Paul, Zach and David were highly efficient and professional. They unpacked all the items as requested and did so much more quickly than expected. As the team lead, Paul was particularly diligent and helpful in making sure the delivery went smoothly, noting items that were broken upon unpacking and checking with us to make sure we were satisfied.
