Then they put in the report the toilet leaks and pictures of the water and ceiling. I don't understand why they wouldn't have taken a quick walk around the house when the water was turned back on like most people would have done and they did not note in the report it happened when they were there! They made it sound like it was an ongoing problem. They also put in the report the thermostat cover in the garage was broke...they broke it!! Very questionable business

I explained the treadmill was cumbersome to move due to its weight, and that I was unable to help as a 62-year old who has survived a heart attack. There was no call asking where we were, and I tried their number but the phone rang five times and stopped.
