It took about 10 minutes to finish the car he was working on and he took my car back. 15 minutes later he came out and told me that I had a tiny nail, causing a tiny leak in my tire, I was so relieved he was able to repair it before the trip. They finally got back to me to complain that my review will hurt their pocket. What about my pocket? All I wanted was a receipt. And they still refused to give me one. Over the course of three days, my appointment was rescheduled multiple times. I was very flexible and repeatedly said that another day was fine. At one point I was specifically told there was no availability that day, so I made other plans. Later, I was called and asked if I was available after all, but by then I wasn't because I had planned my day based on what I had been told. The final appointment was delayed again, followed by additional issues that prevented them from arriving as scheduled. I understand that unexpected things happen, and any one of these problems on its own would have been understandable. But after several days of changing plans and uncertain arrival times, I finally canceled and went with another company. Communication was polite throughout, but the reliability and organization were not what I expected from a mobile service.

Refused to give me his name, demanded cash to drop my car, and when I asked for some time to find cash, he told me I better "hurry it up." Asked where they are located. He gave me a street name. I said I didn't know where that was and he rudely said "Smyrna, Delaware." Spoke to me like I was stupid. Called their number to speak with the owner, I spoke to dispatch who was very nice at first... and then when I asked for the drivers name, he also refused to give it to me. I asked for his name, he told me. Then I asked if the owners name was Matthew, he said no. It's Luke. Stated I would like to talk with him and asked what their business hours are. The dispatcher then said I could resolve my complaint with him and that I didn't need to contact the owner. I disagreed politely and told Steve I would rather contact the owner at this point. He then went on to say it's by appointment only and I'm not guaranteed to speak with the owner so I could talk to him. I declined. Will be following up for an appointment to speak with Luke.
