I liked that it was a woman locksmith and Susan responded the same day and said she could come out the next day. She has been a locksmith since 2008 and she is good at it. She came out on time and was done in about 30 minutes. She also adjusted a tight fitting door and a slider that was being difficult to lock. It was a Kwikset Halo touchscreen lock. I still had to set it up with the app after she left, and there seemed to be a problem at first. I called her at 6:08 pm and she said I will be back within the hour. Who does that anymore? Anyway, she removed a piece that seems to play havoc with metal doors and it worked perfectly! Thanks so much to Susan for her knowledge, her personality and her readiness to help! 5 stars for sure!

The man who answered the phone said that he would arrange to have someone come over. I waited about an hour and a half and no one ever came. By 11 pm, they still hadn't showed up and several calls to their 24/7 phone lines I made throughout the evening went unanswered. I ended up calling another company on Friday morning and they had me in my car within an hour. Two of the companies who couldn't help me on Thursday night actually called on Friday morning to make sure I was okay. I thought that was very professional. I haven't heard one word from Speedy.
