I liked that it was a woman locksmith and Susan responded the same day and said she could come out the next day. She has been a locksmith since 2008 and she is good at it. She came out on time and was done in about 30 minutes. She also adjusted a tight fitting door and a slider that was being difficult to lock. It was a Kwikset Halo touchscreen lock. I still had to set it up with the app after she left, and there seemed to be a problem at first. I called her at 6:08 pm and she said I will be back within the hour. Who does that anymore?
