I liked that it was a woman locksmith and Susan responded the same day and said she could come out the next day. She has been a locksmith since 2008 and she is good at it. She came out on time and was done in about 30 minutes. She also adjusted a tight fitting door and a slider that was being difficult to lock. It was a Kwikset Halo touchscreen lock. I still had to set it up with the app after she left, and there seemed to be a problem at first. I called her at 6:08 pm and she said I will be back within the hour. Who does that anymore? Anyway, she removed a piece that seems to play havoc with metal doors and it worked perfectly! Thanks so much to Susan for her knowledge, her personality and her readiness to help! 5 stars for sure!

He came out the very next day (Sunday) to fix the issue. Not only did he replace the broken lock quickly and professionally, but he also swapped out the smart lock on a different door, helped us set up the smart lock in the app, and then matched the keys across our locks. Mr. Lugasi not only came to our rescue quickly but took it upon himself to thoroughly search our car to make sure our key wasn't inside before beginning to work on our new key.
