I liked that it was a woman locksmith and Susan responded the same day and said she could come out the next day. She has been a locksmith since 2008 and she is good at it. She came out on time and was done in about 30 minutes. She also adjusted a tight fitting door and a slider that was being difficult to lock. It was a Kwikset Halo touchscreen lock. I still had to set it up with the app after she left, and there seemed to be a problem at first. I called her at 6:08 pm and she said I will be back within the hour. Who does that anymore? Anyway, she removed a piece that seems to play havoc with metal doors and it worked perfectly! Thanks so much to Susan for her knowledge, her personality and her readiness to help! 5 stars for sure!

They fixed the AC but I didn't want everybody at the repair place to have the code. This is not a rental and I want my family to feel comfortable and not worry about an intruder. Mr. Lugasi not only came to our rescue quickly but took it upon himself to thoroughly search our car to make sure our key wasn't inside before beginning to work on our new key. He was able to replace the key in no time so we could continue with our original plans of taking our children to the beach.
