I filled out their form and paid my deposit. H had several courtesy reminders for the appointment which was a couple weeks out, and more as the day got closer. On the day of service, I set out for Newark. Before I could get there they were calling my home and my cell to confirm. There was nobody home and I didn't have hands-free phone and couldn't take the call. But I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early and confirmed. They said they had dropped that slot because I hadn't confirmed. None of their messages a reasonable time before the meeting said I had to confirm to keep the date. Stupid company wasted my time and took my deposit for nothing. Unless you have a neural link installed, don't bet on your mobile locksmith showing up at some remote location.

He came out the very next day (Sunday) to fix the issue. Not only did he replace the broken lock quickly and professionally, but he also swapped out the smart lock on a different door, helped us set up the smart lock in the app, and then matched the keys across our locks.
