I booked a mobile oil change because the convenience was worth paying extra for, but unfortunately…read morethe experience became far more complicated than it should have been. Over the course of three days, my appointment was rescheduled multiple times. I was very flexible and repeatedly said that another day was fine. At one point I was specifically told there was no availability that day, so I made other plans. Later, I was called and asked if I was available after all, but by then I wasn't because I had planned my day based on what I had been told. The final appointment was delayed again, followed by additional issues that prevented them from arriving as scheduled. I understand that unexpected things happen, and any one of these problems on its own would have been understandable. But after several days of changing plans and uncertain arrival times, I finally canceled and went with another company. Communication was polite throughout, but the reliability and organization were not what I expected from a mobile service.
