You order with a barcode on your table/ seating area, see a serve only when they drop off your drink and on top of the normal 13.5% tax present in Richmond they add a 18% "venue fee" to every bill regardless if it's just yourself. My $14 drink was $19 with all the taxes when I never had a server do more than drop a drink on my table without saying a word. Cherry on top was a dead spider and ball of gunk on the couch area.

So I came back again today for another one. Service is usually really good today I sat down and wasn't recognized. Had to end up getting up and going to the bar to place my order.. they weren't busy so I'm not sure what happened but it's OK. I placed the order anyway.. Definitely a bar, but the food is good so as far as ambience, I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my child in here anybody under 18 but that's me. Otherwise easily good customer service this one time won't prevent me from coming back.. I'm not sure what the sauce is that comes with the mushroom Swiss burger but it's kind of red she said spicy ranch but that's what it is that I got the other day then it's good. Onion rings are good and the french fries are the crinkle cut french fries which are my favorite. So yeah I attached new photos

We visited on a Friday evening, and the place was pretty dead although we got there around opening,…read moreso I figured that had something to do with it. We stayed for two drinks and the first bartender was pleasant and gave us recommendations and chatted with us. My second old fashioned was a bit overly sweet which I wasn't expecting after the first one being quite good but I didn't ask for it to be fixed so that's on me. The problem is that one of the other bartender/server came up to the bar and CLIPPED HIS NAILS while we were sitting there. I initially questioned what I was hearing as surely, no one in the food industry thinks this is okay?! Unfortunately....someone does. Due to the set up of the bar I have to assume it was being done into a sink? Trashcan? It didn't seem low enough while he was chatting with us to be a trashcan. Needless to say we did not end up ordering food and moved on quickly. I will not be back.

The staff and bartenders were all really nice, and the drinks were good. I also ordered fries while I was there and enjoyed them. As the night went on, the vibe kind of shifted for me. It started getting a little chaotic and more nightclub energy than I personally prefer. There was an incident involving an overly intoxicated guest that security and EMS had to handle, and it honestly changed the atmosphere toward the end of the night. One thing I also found a little strange was that some of the shots were served in small sauce/to-go cups instead of actual shot glasses. Overall, I'd probably come back during a more relaxed night or for happy hour because the service, drinks, and space itself were good. I just realized staying later into the night wasn't really my vibe, so I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
