Absolutely the best! I had called Barry based on the reviews and was extremely happy with the service I received. Barry is willing to do what it takes. I had an interesting situation, my work backpack was stolen out of my rental car in another state. Lost everything including the only key fob to my 17' Prius V. It is a work vehicle and was parked at Sky Harbor parking garage (also lost my parking ticket). Barry was able to meet me when my plane landed with a brand new key fob, everything worked perfect. Because this situation was quite interesting, I first called the dealership and they told me I had to have the car on-site at the dealer. This was not gonna happen. Thanks a lot Toyota! I am so relieved that I called these guys. Barry made a horrible experience into something I could actually be happy about. Yes, the key replacement was expensive but Barry's pricing was very competitive and I didn't have to tow my vehicle to the dealer, he came to my location! Overwhelmingly happy overall! Not looking forward to needing a locksmith but if I do, Barry will be the first and only contact for me. He even answers calls and texts on the weekends. Who does that?? A+++ shop, hands down the best! Sincerely grateful for these professionals! Thanks again Barry!!! read more

Responsive and reliable. I wanted to install new wireless keypad locks in two doors to be keyed the same. I thought I might be able to install the locks myself but then they wouldn't have the same back up key so I reached out. Roni responded with a very reasonable estimate quickly. Walking through my home I remembered that I have another door where the deadbolt hadn't worked in over a decade (assume due to house settling). I added that to my list of work. I sent him the locks I intended to order and when they arrived the next day I texted him. He called and came over within hours - again, this wasn't an emergency. It turns out I couldn't have installed them myself because the opening for the old locks and what the new needed weren't the same. Roni installed them all and keyed them the same. He also installed a front door handle that also wasn't originally on my list. I highly recommend and would definitely use again. read more

I recently purchased a used truck from dealership. The truck only came with one key. No remotes and the additional keys I needed are chipped. I reached out to the dealership for the remotes. They wanted $104 per remote and $125 for the programming. That's over $300 without additional keys. I was going to do it, but I decided to check around first. I found Barry "The Lock Guyz". He told me that I could most likely purchase my remotes and replacement keys online for a lot less. He was right. I was able to get 2 remotes and 2 keys for less than 1 remote at the dealership. Barry programmed my remotes/keys and cut my keys for a 1/3 of what the dealership wanted for service charge. What a huge saving and he was really friendly. I believe in supporting local businesses. In this case, he really helped me out.. Want to save money and get what you need.. Give the Lock Guyz a call. Thanks again Barry... read more

This afternoon I was about to leave my house and forgot to grab my work bag, so I ran inside and kept my car running because I knew it would only take a few seconds to grab it, when I returned to my car all the doors were locked with the keys inside the ignition with the car still running. I was very worried and nervous because I didn't have a spare key and I didn't know what they needed to do in order to get my car unlocked because I never had to deal with this issue before. I found this company on yelp and called them, within 15 minutes of my call a gentleman arrived and 3 minutes later he had unlocked my car and only charged me $85. I was extremely impressed how fast they got to my house, how quickly he was able to unlock my car, and on top of that the price especially because it was on a Sunday! If I ever need a locksmith again I will defiantly be calling this company! Thanks so much! read more

Getting locked out of your car is funny only if it happens to one of your friends and then you can make fun of them. But believe me, it sucked when I locked my car keys on Mill Av on a Thursday night. Encouraged by friends I didn't care too much about my car until it was 1:30 and I realized that I needed that car to go to work the next morning and I did not have any spare keys. It was disaster waiting to happen. I called 3 or 4 locksmith companies in the valley but they didn't even answer. Things were getting really bad when I found Lockaid USA and gave them a call. I was super excited when they actually answered the phone. They offered me a price that was actually a lot less than what I thought they were gonna charge, and I was on my way home in less than 45 minutes. I'm so glad I called Lockaid USA! Thanks guys! read more

I locked my keys in my car and called other places to have them unlock my door, everyone was trying to charge me $200 or more just to come unlock it!! I couldn't believe it. I was so frustrated we left it at my work that night. My boyfriend spent all day calling more places and came across them. They were super helpful on the phone and overall amazing!! I was amazed, they told him a flat rate over the phone, not giving him the run around about prices etc. Barry came and unlocked it for us. He got there in no time no more then 10 minutes and took him all of 4 seconds to open it for me! I was so happy and thankful. He was so nice! I'm happy my boyfriend found them. He gave us his business card and I will be telling all my friends and family about him and the company!! Thank you so much guys!!!! read more

I was in a real bind when I lost my car keys and couldn't afford the dealership super high prices for a replacement key. I was at a lost for how to replace the car key for my 2009 Hyundai Sonata for a reasonable price. Then I called The Lock Guyz. Spoke with a straight forward and friendly guy named Barry. He had a technician, Gabriel, contact me within 15 minutes and then arrived within the half hour. He was super nice and very professional. Made me a new key and a duplicate for way under 150.00 within 30 to 45 minutes. Cleaned out the gunk from my locks for free. Keys are perfect and work amazingly. Great prompt and friendly service. Highly recommend this great business when you need a trustworthy locksmith and speedy service for a great price. So glad I contacted The Lock Guyz for help! read more

I had an amazing experience with Roni the Locksmith! He responded to my Yelp inquiry almost instantly -- even on a Sunday -- and his pricing was incredibly fair. He was able to come out the very next day, and even called ahead to see if it was okay to arrive early (yes, please!). Roni worked quickly and efficiently, explaining everything he was doing as he went. He even tightened and fixed a few loose locks without me even asking. His locksmith skills are absolutely on point, but what really stood out was what a genuinely great guy he is. We had some great conversation while he worked, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Roni -- fast response, great pricing, excellent work, and just an all-around awesome person to work with. Five stars all the way! read more

June, Chandler Fashion Square Mall, 107 degrees (past 105 does it really matter anymore?)..... and the car keys are missing. Holy crap. Gavriel (or Gabriel? OR SUPERMAN?) to the rescue in his van. Seriously, he blazes in, and knows what to do immediately. How refreshing is that? Spending little time on business talk and the rest in saving the day, he also was extremely personable. I was with the lady (family friend) who was flustered and embarrassed and after opening the door was very caring throughout and made her feel better about the whole situation. He is good people, and they are a good business. Fast, knowledgeable, personable, and priced right, I will keep your card and telephone number if I ever need your services! read more

Fast, reliable and honest! I called about 20 locksmiths after I left the keys in my vehicle, to try to get exact quotes and Gabriel was only 1 of 2 (out of the 20) that actually gave me an exact quote. All the others told me there was a base fee, plus a service fee, and plus other fees depending on the work and tools used! In other words, I was going to end up paying a small fortune just to have them use a slim jim to open my vehicle door. If you live in the area, use Lockaid and don't fall for the scam artists that can never quote an exact price. Run them out of business and give your business to locksmiths that are actually honest and upfront about the price. I would definitely use this locksmith company again! read more

I have had great pleasure in dealing with an honest man. I just needed a simple copy of my backup car key, and I had purchased the blank stock online. I researched the Net and got quotes from $65-$95. I found the Yelp set and got an email from Lock Guys in less than an hour. Barry said if I bring in the keys would make the copies, but didn't want to charge me. He said other companies might charge me $50 or more for a simple job like this one, and he was not pleased that these companies could justify such a charge. I met him the next day at his Airpark office, and In about 15 minutes we were done. I insisted he take a fair compensation for his work and time and handed him $40 in cash. Highly recommended!! read more

I lost a full set of keys, including those to my 1962 Chevy Corvair Monza 900. I called one locksmith before this; they claimed they could help and set an appointment. The next morning, they called and said they were unable to help me for lack of tools. So I called Lockaid and was connected with Gabriel. He researched my vehicle and found the necessary blank in an hour or two. We scheduled an appointment the next day, and he was able to fashion a new ignition key in 20 minutes or so, using nothing more than a pair of vice grips. He was knowledgeable and capable, as well as good conversation. I highly recommend him, especially for older vehicles that other locksmiths are incapable or unwilling to key. read more

Recently I had an issue with locking myself out of my car while I was at a Gas Station. I needed a emergency locksmith as soon as possible as I was at a Gas Station. LockAid arrived in no time and retrieved my keys from my car without out damaging my car lock. The price was reasonable and LockAid pricing was very reasonable. I ended up taking a card for LockAid to have a front door re-keyed. I had issues with the door for the past couple years and two locksmiths could not fix the door lock. LockAid USA was able to fix the door lock which made my life easier. I highly recommend this certified professional locksmith for any of your locksmith needs. William K. read more

Gabriel saved my butt a couple of weekends ago. I lost my keys down town one sat night and didn't have a spare, needless to say on Sunday my car was in a tow zone due to the parking fee only good for a few hours on sat night, I was freaking out but then found out that on Sundays the parking area is free...Thank GOD! :( I have a high security lock in my car and few places besides the dealer could duplicate it, he not only was able to duplicate my ignition key he made me a duplicate and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it! He is awesome! Very nice guy and knows his stuff! Highly recommended! THANK YOU!!! :) read more

This is my first review and I'm very happy of doing this for Gabriel. I sold my car but accidentally gave my house key to the buyer (can't be worse than that). As I felt uneasy of sleeping at night with the thought someone having my house key, I called Lockaid around 7:30 PM based on the excellent reviews. To my surprise they answered my call and Gabriel showed up in my house in half an hour! He changed all five locks, and made sure the old key no longer works. He is very professional and the charge is also very reasonable! Now I can go sleep with a peace of mind. Thank you! read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Gabriel when my friend lost his keys. My friends key has a transponder on it which can make it difficult and rather expensive to replace. Gabriel was friendly and very willing to help my friend out. He was on time and worked very fast and efficient. Then a week later another friend had her purse stolen along with her Lexus car key. She told me her mother found a locksmith to replace her key and little did I know it was Gabriel. He has done a fanatic job both times and I will be sure to use him in the future if I ever have to. read more

I had to let an employee go a couple weeks ago and desperately needed my office locks changed that night since she left on bad terms with the keys. Called Gabriele to com to my shop right away to change the key. He said he would be there in 30 minutes and he was! I found him to be extremely professional and a very nice personality as well. He quickly changed my locks for a fair price and then i had him re-key my condo locks as well. You can never be to safe when you have a stalker ex-employee... Highly recommend LockAid for any locksmith issues. read more
