I was in phoenix on business I had rented a car from Dollar and lost my key at 9 pm Dollar was no help they had no spare and wanted to tow to the dealer on my dime. It was a 2014 Chevy Malibu with a complex key and computer immobilizer. He cared that I was upset and worried if I couldn't get this handled It would ruin an important business meeting the next day. Had a roommate moved and and as per my policy wanted to get the locks changed. Called Gabriel on a Tuesday night when I got home from work and wanted to schedule him to come out in the next coming week. Much to my surprise he said he could change my locks the same night and we scheduled him to come sometime between 8-830 pm. I had my keys stolen and Lock Aid USA was so helpful. They came and quickly got us into our car and driving. They changed the codes to the keys so that whoever stole them couldn't steal our car too. They were very helpful and affordable compared to other lock smiths we have had to see before. This locksmith was so fast I didn't even get his name. Okay, maybe not quite that quick but I honestly didn't get his name. I had been looking around town several times to get a second transponder key made for my SUV, but just couldn't justify an 80$ key blank plus the additional fee to cut and program it for 100+ at most places. I had given up, called friends in the business and not found a great deal. I drove up to my house tonight and the neighbor was getting a key made for a family members rental car. Thank goodness for these guys esp Barry the owner, as they are GREAT. Dealers want a fortune to program auto chip keys & you have to buy the chip keys from the dealer. which is usually very expensive. if you save $$ by buying your own computer chip key say at amazon or Ebay which is cheaper, most locksmiths will not program your chip key as they want you to buy theirs for 4 times or more as much. These guyz will program almost any key (but beware as there are some fake chip keys out there) so be carefull where you buy the key, but the Lock guyz sell these chip keys at a fair price also if you dont trust online sites--just saying.. I bought my chip key on Ebay with reputable seller & it programmed for my old f150 just fine. Lock guyz are fast & inexpensive compared to most others. AAA+ to the Lock Guyz. This guy is the definition of lifesaver. Lost my only motorcycle key (it is the love of my life) when I was shopping around one afternoon. Long story short, I lost my keys and decided to catch a ride home. Called The Lock Guyz the next morning around 7 am (they work early, which is a plus in my book) and they answered my call right away. He actually beat me to the location where my bike was at that morning, and had two keys cut for me right there on the spot within ~10 minutes. Keys fit the gas cap lid, triple-tree lock, ignition AND helmet storage clip...this has happened to me before (but I found my keys later on) and bike shops have quoted me over $500 to re-key the entire bike. The Lock Guyz only charged me $90. They take cash and cards on site. When he left, I had trouble getting the key in the ignition for the first time (it's an old bike). I called them, they came back right away to make sure it worked properly, and I was on my way. The Lock Guyz got me out of serious jam and I'll definitely use them for any/all lost key situations.
