By law in Ohio, doe's he and his office have to have the list of meds I take? When is it my responsibility to have the list every office visit? His nurse was trying to get the info from my pharmacy. Doesn't he have to have this info? So, I leave the appointment because he has me in tears and have had enough of his treatment towards me. So, he drops me as a patient. So you can add to the list about, excepts not responsibility for his actions (otherwise ARROGANT). Lastly, my next to last visit he put me on a statin for my "High" cholesterol. I asked about changing my diet first, in which his reply "that will not lower it enough to make a difference." First time I have ever had a doctor round about basically tell me to keep eating poorly because I want you on more pills! Got the prescription but never took any of the pills! Instead, I changed my diet. In 4 months, my cholesterol numbers are down, and yes far enough! He does not listen, he does not care, he should not be anyone's physician! Will never recommend and would give ZERO stars.

For no other reason other than convenience, I decided to try a different location for my annual mammogram screening as this location is in close proximity to my office. Lesson learned and the hard way. I typically go to the Africa Rd. Westerville location because it has a history of exceeding every one of my expectations, so this new (to me) location has much to live up to. The good... The staff who checked me in at the reception area was friendly and efficient. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The bad... The mammography technician at this location could use some refinement. While this process is never comfortable, it should also never be quite so painful. I feel that some of this may have been due to her failing to adjust to my height (or lack thereof) which I expressed a few times in hopes of increasing my comfort level, but to no avail. As I mentioned previously in a tip, each individual specialty has separate entrances that are not marked clearly (or hidden behind bushes) which led me to enter one entrance to be directed back outside, down a path to another entrance. (I. E. sleep center, cancer care, breast care, work health...). Allow plenty of time for the confusion. Unlike other locations prior, I didn't receive any reminders or helpful information. The ugly... As women know, we are not to apply deodorant prior to our mammograms. This is the only location that I have ever been to that did not provide any type of cleaning wipes before or deodorant (spray or individual applications) for after. Finally, it was somewhat of a sterile environment compared to the almost zen spa atmosphere at other places.

The doctor told me she was off in 45 minutes and didn't want to risk staying late, so she refused to see me. Instead, she sent me to another clinic a mile away--which I later found out had been closed for six months. I went back again today, saw a different doctor, and it was no better. He told me he didn't know how to enter my insurance, so he couldn't see me. When I asked where else I could go, he said he didn't know--no options, no guidance, nothing. If you're not a veteran, maybe you'll be treated differently here. But if you are a disabled veteran who fought for this country, don't waste your time. This clinic has shown me twice that they don't care about serving us.

My consult with Dr. Cray took place at Grady, located near downtown Delaware, OH. While the building's exterior is older, the inside was clean and similar to other OhioHealth facilities. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Though Dr. Cray was delayed due to emergency surgery, he was extremely apologetic and kind -- a small gesture that went a long way. He thoroughly walked me through the risks and expectations of gallbladder removal and even offered referrals if I wanted a second opinion. I appreciated the transparency, but I knew I wanted to move forward with him right away. I scheduled my surgery that day and completed lab work closer to my surgical date. The lab experience was efficient -- I checked in digitally and was called back quickly. It took no more than 30 minutes. I appreciated that parking was easy and always available during each visit. On the day of surgery, my husband and I checked in and were directed to the surgical floor. The environment was calm and quiet. Beth, our check-in receptionist, greeted me by name and gave us a warm, friendly welcome. She showed me to my pre-op room where I met Heather, my pre-op nurse, who was fantastic. She walked me through every step: taking vitals, helping me change, administering the IV, and making sure I was warm and comfortable. The pre-op room was small but clean and had great natural light, which made a difference in easing nerves. My husband joined me before the surgery and stayed until I was taken to the OR. Dr. Cray, the anesthesiologist, and my surgical nurse all came by beforehand to explain the process and check in. Their calm, confident demeanor gave me peace of mind. In the OR, I was quickly prepped, given oxygen, and put under. The surgery lasted just under an hour. Waking up, I was emotional -- grateful and relieved everything had gone smoothly. I was moved to a post-op room where I reunited with my husband and was told the surgery was a success with no complications. The care team made sure I could walk, helped schedule my post-op appointment, and wheeled me out around 4:30 p.m. -- just in time to grab my prescriptions and dinner on the way home. Dr. Cray even honored my request to provide a printed photo of my gallbladder from surgery -- a small but meaningful keepsake that reminded me of how far I've come and the power of modern medicine. I'm now recovering with minimal pain and following instructions to avoid lifting and strenuous activity for a few weeks. Overall, I can't recommend Dr. Cray and the team at Grady Memorial Hospital enough. From consult to post-op, every person I interacted with was professional, kind, and made me feel genuinely cared for. While some small aesthetic updates to the facility would enhance comfort (e.g., replacing worn drawers, furniture or floors), the quality of care more than made up for it. 01/2024 Went to the…read moreER here. Got there about 7:30 pm got an EKG and IV done more or less right away. I then sat there for the next 7 hours where nothing was done. So 7 hours of waiting for an 1.5 hrs of care (crap care at that) came out to $3200. Next time I will ignore the time is muscle crap and drive to Dayton. Will not be back to this hospital by choice. Care was terrible!

I had an appointment with Dr. Stockfish, I don't like having my feet touch but i had to do…read moresomething because of pain. He was very friendly, fun and help me relax. I got in before my appointment time. He explained everything and went over different treatment and that he preferred trying conservative care before jumping into surgery which made me feel much better. Very happy with my appointment.
