They were a bit slow to respond at first, but were very helpful in helping us prep for the move to reduce cost (making sure all is packed, having boxes of similar size stacked together because that's how they move them - by size and not by room designation). And they hustled. The moved ended up taking longer than we anticipated (lots of stairs!) but they ended up charging us less than we thought - they stopped by for lunch on the way to the new place and didn't charge us for that time. I don't believe they're insured, so not sure if I would recommend them if you have a lot of stuff. But they took good care of our IKEA stuff and I will use them again next time we move.

There was a 50" Panasonic Viera TV, 4 lawn chairs, an outdoor construction light, some shelves, and a fireplace heater. All good stuff just nowhere to put it. While Steph was arguing they were made to put all the stuff on the driveway.
