When I called for updates, Mike was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, he kept saying they were "doing the best they could" because it was a busy time of the month. The way he spoke made it feel like I was supposed to be grateful they didn't cancel on me entirely after already being hours late. I asked for some sort of compensation for wasting 3+ hours of my day, and the response was basically that they "couldn't lose money on the move." After the move, I texted Mike again about compensation and he never even responded. I only got a small $20 discount after asking the movers directly. What's even worse is that this company came recommended by a whole group of friends, and after hearing about this experience, none of us plan on using them again. Delays happen.
