My babies was a 40 gallon octagon fish tank and a 70 inch flat screen tv. So bottom line, how impressed was I? I gave them a $175 tip and told the father ( or grandfather) go and enjoy dinner on me. They tried to round up to 4 hours (extra $75) and when Steph argued they tried to say they were charging for time used to load the junk they were hauling away. Junk? The guys wanted the stuff! There was a 50" Panasonic Viera TV, 4 lawn chairs, an outdoor construction light, some shelves, and a fireplace heater. All good stuff just nowhere to put it. While Steph was arguing they were made to put all the stuff on the driveway. The guys ended up getting screwed because Steph paid what they wanted and not $1 more for a tip, and they lost their stuff. I will never call this company.

We told them that it would not all fit they said it would. But it didn't so they had to make 2 trips. They said that tye price would be between $420--$560. Now if they had come in a box truck then it would have been 1 trip and $420 witch would have been nice but instead we had to pay them $ 530 witch we had to go back and forth with them because they wanted us to pay them hourly rate. Oh and just for his Argument we did not have the loveseat but a small chair and kitchen table with chairs they never asked us to give in detail every item! So not going to use them again and not recommend they were trying to smash boxes in between the chairs to make more room that takes longer and not exceptable we only had 20 boxes. Then on April 17 we used this company again to mother my Mom and they were paid $1500 and she gave a $300 tip. My mom is a 80 years with a special bed that goes up and down. The company misplaced her bar for her bed that holds up the mattress I called and talked to Ambrous who was rude and after a lengthy fussing match with him. Arisella finally called said she was ordering bar we gave her all the measurements on May 9, and we have reached out to her 5/20, 5/28. On June 1st Arisella stated the part would be ordered today. We reached again on 6/16 no response, contacted her again 6/30 and 7/6 reached out again no word. We paid too much money to not be compensated for the bar that goes to her bed.
