I went there first thing Monday morning to let the school know regarding both of my kids being sick with bilateral ear infection, RSV pneumonia with superimposed OC43 (COVID) infection, and due to illnesses were admitted to the hospital. Rather then expressing empathy his only concern was not to refund the money for the week, according to him all COVID mandates have been lifted and patient doesn't qualify for refund even if they were sick enough to be admitted to the hospital. Me being a physician I would never want to expose other children to any illness, but it seems like Brian doesn't have any ethical duty towards any of the kids there as long his weekly payments are collected. My first thought was let the kids get better and have them return but after this experience with "Mr. Dooshbag Brian" I've decided to not have kids stay enrolled. Pardon my language but I couldn't come up with better terminology to describe the owner and my experience.

He is 7 months old currently, but has been attending since he was 3 months old, and the teachers adore him. There are only 4 babies for every 1 teacher and so each baby really gets the amount of love and attention necessary. They engage the children in so many activities ranging from music time to exploration time with toys to arts and crafts (yes, even babies!). They go outside twice a day for at least 30 minutes, if not more, and they are so diligent about feeding him at the right time. If you ever have any concerns, they are very quick and polite to respond, and they constantly update you through the ProCare app. I am also able to view my son through a private live video feed provided by PB&J TV. This daycare is truly a blessing. They do so much to make you and your child feel welcome. My husband and I are considering moving houses and we are really torn up about the fact MFA2 may not be in our driving range anymore. We're considering not moving just so he can stay! Please give this place a chance, you won't regret it!

Parents should be aware that if a child struggles with sitting still, following directions immediately, or navigating a classroom setting for the first time, they may find that the school lacks the resources and training necessary to effectively support those needs. Rather than working collaboratively to help children develop these skills, families may find themselves being called to pick up their child repeatedly. What was most concerning was hearing from administration that many teachers only possess high school diplomas. This raises important questions about the level of training being provided to staff, particularly in the area of behavior management and supporting young learners with diverse developmental needs. Dr. Mia Young, given your educational background and stated expertise in Educational Leadership, professional development, and staff training, I would hope to see stronger implementation of those principles within your organization. Effective behavior management, de-escalation strategies, and developmentally appropriate interventions should be fundamental components of staff training in an early childhood setting. Unfortunately, the challenges in this area were evident during the graduation ceremony on May 30, 2026. Watching staff respond to a scholar who clearly needed additional patience, guidance, and support was disheartening. Rather than demonstrating compassion and effective behavioral strategies, the situation highlighted what appeared to be significant gaps in training and preparedness. Every child deserves an educational environment where they are supported as they learn, grow, and develop the skills necessary to succeed. I have seen my granddaughter Blossom in Ms. Hyre's Class. I use to think, "They learn it all in Kindergarten", but now, I can truly say they learn it all in Pre-K. My daughter is learning and socializing as you would expect in a day care which is a great thing. The room is clean and it seems the children wash their hands often, another great thing. For whom I've interacted with, staff wise, have always had a smile and/or have a pleasant greeting as I've walked through the building. There is a lunch lady that always high fives my daughter when we walk by her in the halls. The director has always been friendly while being professional. She is straight forward and quick with answers and help. They also use WatchMeGrow to be able to check on your little one with the cameras in the building and they use Tadpoles to communicate daily reports and send pictures of the students performing their curriculum. The building itself is brand new and feels that way. Clean and well maintained. The temperature in the building is always cool but not cold. Overall, for the service, it meets all what they say and what I think should be happening for my daughter and would recommend the school. We have the free half day program so I won't talk about service for the asking price. From my experience with my older daughter and searching around the prices are close or the same as any other day care I have search in the area. The last thing that I experience with and/or want to mention is getting in and out of the parking lot. Give yourself and extra 5-10 mins till you experience the traffic. This is not a deal breaker by any stretch of the imagination, this is a warning if you don't travel that area, often the traffic can stop you for quite a bit.

When it came time for my son, at the age of 2.5, I inquired with friends who had children in daycare, researched dozens online, and visited the handful I had it narrowed down to, finally landing with Ladybird Wyndham Lakes. How did I decide? We were welcomed from the moment we walked in the door, there is an option to camera view the classroom (for a nominal fee), all snacks and meals are included (which is a major plus for me), it looked, smelled, and was clean, the halls were secure, and I agreed with their disciplinary strategy of talking a child through a situation. Three years later and I couldn't have made a better choice. He has learned and grown so much here and I know he's in good, loving, caring hands when I drop him off. We were pleasantly surprised when, before the end of the first week, everyone knew our child by name! They do a good job of keeping communication open and parents notified of all upcoming events via signs at the front desk and posted on classroom doors. Classrooms are window walled so you can see in them at all times. There are outdoor play areas around the perimeter and grouped off by classroom so children are with their appropriate age groups. Ballet and soccer are offered on site to those who wish to sign up. My son enjoyed soccer Monday's with Soccer Shots on premises! One Friday a month they offer Parents Night Out, for an additional fee, from 6:30-10:00pm. The kids eat pizza and watch movies. Plenty of staff is on hand, including manning the front desk. I highly recommend Ladybird Wyndham Lakes, and as my son ventures off to elementary school we'll miss the staff here greatly.

Owning my own business, just out of integrity I would've at the very minimum have a response to keep the client long term. The day that I got there I should've known, I was taking the tour and overheard a conversation between the Director and a very upset client about treatment of their daughter by the teachers, the director's response wasnt very pleasant and I shouldve gone with my gut, but now I'm here trying to get at least a response from someone.
