While we had a positive view of the teaching staff, the front office and administration operate with a "profit-over-students" mentality that is deeply unprofessional. Following our withdrawal, the school has intentionally withheld my son's academic progress reports and evaluations to use as collateral for a billing dispute. They are attempting to charge for tuition during a month in which my child did not attend a single day and are using his records to hold his future education hostage. Beyond the billing issues, I find the Parent Handbook rules to be overreaching and abusive. Most alarmingly, the handbook explicitly states that they can change any rule at any time without notice, leaving families with zero stability or protection. This level of obstruction has forced us to involve the Florida Department of Education and Step Up For Students compliance offices. If you want a school that values its families and acts with integrity during difficult transitions, look elsewhere. This is not a supportive or transparent educational environment.

Then when our son started, it was just great to see him with a big smile at the end of the day - to the point that he usually wanted to stayed at school past his pick up time. As if that wasn't enough, it was just awesome to see our son singing at home in multiple languages and teaching his little sister different words in the other languages he had learned at BB. There are not enough words to describe how great this school is. Rather then expressing empathy his only concern was not to refund the money for the week, according to him all COVID mandates have been lifted and patient doesn't qualify for refund even if they were sick enough to be admitted to the hospital. Me being a physician I would never want to expose other children to any illness, but it seems like Brian doesn't have any ethical duty towards any of the kids there as long his weekly payments are collected. My first thought was let the kids get better and have them return but after this experience with "Mr. Dooshbag Brian" I've decided to not have kids stay enrolled. Pardon my language but I couldn't come up with better terminology to describe the owner and my experience.

I never worry about my son being with her Monday through Friday because she is professional and as loving as a family member. My son is picky and not always easy to work with, but she calms him down and communicates with me. She is a blessing in my life and will always be very special to us. He is 7 months old currently, but has been attending since he was 3 months old, and the teachers adore him. There are only 4 babies for every 1 teacher and so each baby really gets the amount of love and attention necessary. They engage the children in so many activities ranging from music time to exploration time with toys to arts and crafts (yes, even babies!). They go outside twice a day for at least 30 minutes, if not more, and they are so diligent about feeding him at the right time. If you ever have any concerns, they are very quick and polite to respond, and they constantly update you through the ProCare app. I am also able to view my son through a private live video feed provided by PB&J TV. This daycare is truly a blessing. They do so much to make you and your child feel welcome. My husband and I are considering moving houses and we are really torn up about the fact MFA2 may not be in our driving range anymore. We're considering not moving just so he can stay! This is her 3rd year and 3rd teacher, she loves each year and each teacher. Each year has been better than the year before. The staff and teachers are Absolutely Amazing! Ms Hyre is her teacher this year in Pre-K. It is going to be a Sweet Sorrow when she leaves before going to Kg at OCPS. Ms. Hyre has been a God Send! I have seen my granddaughter Blossom in Ms. Hyre's Class. I use to think, "They learn it all in Kindergarten", but now, I can truly say they learn it all in Pre-K. Ms Hyre has prepared her for Kg., First Grade, & Life Beyond. She has truly learned so much in Ms Hyre's Class, I am Amazed, Each Day when she comes home.
