While we had a positive view of the teaching staff, the front office and administration operate with a "profit-over-students" mentality that is deeply unprofessional. Following our withdrawal, the school has intentionally withheld my son's academic progress reports and evaluations to use as collateral for a billing dispute. They are attempting to charge for tuition during a month in which my child did not attend a single day and are using his records to hold his future education hostage. Beyond the billing issues, I find the Parent Handbook rules to be overreaching and abusive. Most alarmingly, the handbook explicitly states that they can change any rule at any time without notice, leaving families with zero stability or protection. This level of obstruction has forced us to involve the Florida Department of Education and Step Up For Students compliance offices. If you want a school that values its families and acts with integrity during difficult transitions, look elsewhere. This is not a supportive or transparent educational environment.

Since the first time we visited this place, we noticed how happy kids there were. Then when our son started, it was just great to see him with a big smile at the end of the day - to the point that he usually wanted to stayed at school past his pick up time. As if that wasn't enough, it was just awesome to see our son singing at home in multiple languages and teaching his little sister different words in the other languages he had learned at BB. There are not enough words to describe how great this school is. We are greatful our son had opportunity to attend Building Brains, the instruction, attention, guidance, and compassion that our son has received at BB has been amazing and undoubtedly effective.

Our daughter…read morehad never been to another school so we were very nervous about the transition but we had heard such good things about AE and the wait list reflects that. We got very lucky and were offered a spot when we called to inquire about space because many parents weren't sending their kids back due to COVID. Our daughter had a rough first couple of weeks transitioning but the staff at AE did such a great job supporting her. Even the director at the time, Jamie, would greet her everyday and talk with her. She got comfortable quickly after those first couple of weeks and she's been thriving ever since! They do parent teacher conferences every 6mos and let you know how your child is doing and what areas they could work in at home (counting, tracing letters, etc). They also provide great feedback and insight on how to work on behaviors or transitions (potty training for example) at home! We love AE and all of the teachers our daughter has been fortunate to have. We recently put our son in school there (he just turned 6mos) and it's been a great experience as well!

You want to steal money from hard working parents and provide nothing. Ill be making a change immediately and spreading the word as far as I can that nobody who cares about their child being seen and helped should go to this school. Absolutely disgraceful to see you punish a child who wants to learn instead of working with the parents as a team. And after viewing another review on yelp it seems this is a pattern with this school. STAY AWAY

I am very particular about the daycares and preschools I send my kids to and I can say wholeheartedly that I love this preschool! The building was brand new when we started and they have done a great job at maintaining it. The teacher did fluctuate a lot at first, but I think that was mainly growing pains as they opened and adjusted. My son's teachers have been amazing, namely Ms. Rebecca, Ms. Dominique and Ms. Kaitlin. They love my kid, know how to discipline and redirect bad behavior, they provide a positive and optimistic environment and they are genuinely good people. I also think the school Director, Stacey is great! She is on top of it and I respect her for that! I am impressed with the new safety parameters that they are putting in place and am sure other parents will appreciate this too. Our kids can never be too safe. The only negative thing I can say about CA is that they follow the public school calendar for closure and that's a bit inconvenient when you are paying the same thing each month, but March, November and December they are closed for an entire month each week. They do have camp on some of those days, but that's an additional expense.

They are always doing something special for the kids that go there. Every time I do pick up, every person that passes gives my daughter a good bye by name. All of my questions are answered quickly through the app. I have unlimited access to the camera in the classroom which is different from every other daycare I visited. It really helped ease anxiety in the beginning and is nice now to check in and see her progress and interactions. I don't have one negative thing to say about this place. I just wish I could have found it sooner so my son could have had the same incredible experience.

Is he going to be genuinely cared for? What kind of discipline is used? How am I supposed to trust complete strangers?! When it came time for my son, at the age of 2.5, I inquired with friends who had children in daycare, researched dozens online, and visited the handful I had it narrowed down to, finally landing with Ladybird Wyndham Lakes. How did I decide? We were welcomed from the moment we walked in the door, there is an option to camera view the classroom (for a nominal fee), all snacks and meals are included (which is a major plus for me), it looked, smelled, and was clean, the halls were secure, and I agreed with their disciplinary strategy of talking a child through a situation. Three years later and I couldn't have made a better choice. He has learned and grown so much here and I know he's in good, loving, caring hands when I drop him off. We were pleasantly surprised when, before the end of the first week, everyone knew our child by name! They do a good job of keeping communication open and parents notified of all upcoming events via signs at the front desk and posted on classroom doors. Classrooms are window walled so you can see in them at all times. There are outdoor play areas around the perimeter and grouped off by classroom so children are with their appropriate age groups. Ballet and soccer are offered on site to those who wish to sign up. My son enjoyed soccer Monday's with Soccer Shots on premises! One Friday a month they offer Parents Night Out, for an additional fee, from 6:30-10:00pm. The kids eat pizza and watch movies. Plenty of staff is on hand, including manning the front desk. I highly recommend Ladybird Wyndham Lakes, and as my son ventures off to elementary school we'll miss the staff here greatly.
