We took a brief stint away during "Covid Times" but started back at the beginning of kindergarten. It has been an extremely positive experience. We found the few issues we've raised over the years have been taken seriously and handled professionally. Ms. Janice, Ms. Kat, and Ms. Diana have been fantastic - even when I'd forgotten to let them know my daughter wouldn't be on the after-school bus. They are extraordinarily kind, quick-witted and a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis. Our daughter's teachers, from Ms Joanna when she was an infant - to Ms Zee, once she hit elementry school -have taken care of our kid like she was one of their own. Every teacher and administrator that our daughter has come in contact with has kept a gentle sense of humor when confronted with our daughter's awe-inspiring imagination. We've been very fortunate to find a place that lets our kid be herself. If you are in the market for childcare - this is an excellent place to stash your kid for the day or after-school. Five - very enthusiastic - stars.

So you won't get any of your concerns properly heard or addressed. I never had such bad experience or felt abused/ignored with any Daycare/School in the past as I felt with TLE Georgetown. I had to send my daughter there because of the proximity from where I live. But I would say driving a lit longer and have your kids in a safe school with management/owner who sincerely value their customers is well invested and worth it. That being said, still I am giving that place one star while it deserves none, only because of Catarina, the admission coordinator. She is the sweetest person ever.

From August through May, our daughter had eight different teachers in her classroom. That level of turnover made it very difficult for the classroom to have the consistency, structure, and experienced instruction we expected. At this age, children need a reliable presence to build emotional safety, trust, and developmental confidence. Instead, the classroom often felt unstable, and we saw noticeable changes in behavior during periods of teacher turnover and classroom stress. To be clear, this is not a criticism of every teacher. We are grateful for Ms. Jordan, Ms. Spivey, and Ms. McNulty, who cared for our daughter and did their best in a difficult environment. The issue, in our view, was administrative: hiring, training, supporting, and retaining teachers, as well as listening to parent concerns. We raised concerns earlier in the year and requested a classroom change, but we did not feel heard. When changes were eventually made, teachers were moved again, despite our desire for consistency. Over time, the repeated disruptions broke our confidence in the school. Several families ultimately chose to leave, which speaks to how serious the concerns became. We were disappointed there was no inquiry, exit conversation, or request for feedback after our departure. Without stronger administrative accountability, I worry other families may experience the same challenges.

It's also important to ask how class size is determined throughout the day, including how part-time attendance is counted, and to confirm these details with both teachers and administration. These are details that may not be clear until you experience the classroom firsthand. We know how stressful it is to choose the right daycare--hope you find a great fit for your child

The teachers and staff at GCA exhibit genuine love for their students and have cultivated a caring and supportive environment which I believe helps lay a foundation for both a strong moral compass and the confidence to progress through life's challenges both inside out of the classroom. Their small class sizes and extra attention the teachers provide help the students catch up in subjects where they are weaker in. If you are even considering options beyond public school I highly recommend you contact GCA to schedule a tour. I think you'll be impressed with what they offer and pleasantly surprised by their very reasonable tuition rates.

While things haven't been perfect all the time, GCA has been communicative and caring, especially during a tough kindergarten transition, ensuring parents stay informed and involved. One of the things we love most is the sense of community--students build relationships across grade levels, creating a supportive and uplifting environment. Mrs. Wonderly, the principal, leads with kindness and wisdom, always handling situations with grace and understanding. Most importantly, GCA has helped our child grow not just academically but also in his knowledge and belief in Jesus. Faith is woven into daily life here, and it's been wonderful to see our child develop a deeper understanding of God's love. We are excited to continue at GCA and highly recommend it to families looking for a school where students are truly known, supported, and encouraged in both learning and faith! On her very first day, she came home with wet underwear. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it might have been an adjustment issue since she was new. But on her second day, she came home soiled with both urine and feces, and when we cleaned her up, we discovered that her skin was raw, red, and broken -- front, back, and between her private parts. This was a severe rash, the kind that happens only when a child has been left sitting in wet or dirty clothing for a long period of time. No child develops skin that damaged from a single brief accident or if they had been properly checked and cleaned. We immediately emailed the center director on Friday evening to report this serious issue, but no one ever responded. The center was closed Monday and Tuesday, but on Tuesday morning my husband went in person to speak with the director. She admitted she hadn't even checked her emails yet. He explained everything and asked for a refund, as we could not possibly send our child back after what happened. She said she would speak with corporate and call us back. Later that day, we received a call from a corporate representative in California. She completely dodged the issue and refused to acknowledge what happened. She kept repeating the same line -- that our child was "checked throughout the day." I calmly told her that if our child was checked and cared for properly, there's no way she would come home with her skin raw and damaged like that. Instead of addressing that point, she just kept repeating the same scripted response and acted as if the rash didn't exist. When I asked for escalation, she refused, claiming there was no one above her to speak with. She also said their "policy" required a 30-day withdrawal notice -- meaning we would not get a refund -- completely ignoring that we were withdrawing because of neglect and harm to our child. When I tried again to explain how serious this was, she became defensive and hung up on me. We trusted this center with our child's safety, hygiene, and care. They failed completely. Then, instead of showing concern or accountability, they deflected, denied, and dismissed what happened. Our daughter came home hurt and in pain -- and all we got from corporate was denial and a refusal to even acknowledge reality. If you are a parent considering this daycare, please think carefully. The lack of care, communication, and accountability we experienced is unacceptable. A daycare should be a safe, nurturing place -- not somewhere a child ends up in pain and parents are gaslighted when they speak up.

We found Ants to Elephants and the place our children have called a second home for the past four years. First, the owners are some of the most incredible people I have ever come to know. They care about having a well run, safe, and developmental child care center. But more importantly, they genuinely care about and love the children that are enrolled there. Both Katherine and Samantha are reliable, personable, and naturally amazing with children. They have a special connection with every child. Second, our kids love being here. They have been able to develop genuine friendships. They have come home excited to share what they have learned. They receive recognition when they go above and beyond what is expected of them. They receive gentle correction provided with grace whenever they make a mistake. Both our now 5 year old and our second born who is 19 months, are the incredible kids they are today because of the amount of energy and love given to them at this incredible school. Finally, you will not, and I've looked, find a better value for what you will get than this place. They are very reasonably priced. There are places with "nicer" amenities that will run you hundreds of dollars more. You also could find something for less money, but those places will pale in comparison to the care and development your child will receive. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great childcare facility. Your child will love interacting with the caring staff. They will form amazing friendships with a diverse group of classmates. I could not imagine having my children anywhere else.
