He thinks the outside play area is better, and that the place is bigger and has better toys. The staff is pretty consistent with an acceptable turnover rate. My son has never complained about anything and actually asks if I can let him go to Stepping Stone instead of being an early pick-up on days that I get off work early. I sent him to the 'Y" summer camp this year. They have a lower cost and more activities, such as paintball, daily swim, rock climbing, gaga ball, etc.. Even with all of this, after several weeks my son didn't like it as much since they were outside for almost the entire day and he said he missed his old friends. When I enrolled him back at Stepping Stone he was really excited and is still loving it.

There was no empathy, urgency or accountability from the school principal Amy. We had previous problems with her getting diaper rashes because she was being kept in poopy diapers for a long time, this was becoming more manageable since she is currently potty training but if you have a young child that will likely be an issue, I changed her diaper myself at the school multiple times at pick up because of the state I found her in. I then started to look and noticed that several of the reviews that were one star had a similar comment about not being legitimate. I'm here to say that that is 1000% false. My daughter just turned 2 and has been attending for almost a year now. She's been in 2 different classes during that time (older infant and then toddler) and we have never had a disappointing day. The director Manju is so kind and helpful. The front desk/admin Annette is warm and welcoming everyday. My little girl always gives her a big hug. Our teacher Angela is a superhero. I don't know how she does all she does with these toddlers! On top of that, the company has an amazing app, cameras to check in on your child, the teachers send photos and updates throughout the day and the meals and snacks always look so yummy. There are "theme" days (today was wear your favorite Disney!), curriculum, school wide events (hello Trunk or Treating and Thanksgiving lunch!) and parent teacher conferences to keep parents engaged and in the loop. Now that I'm finished with school, going back to work and finding childcare for my youngest was a no brainer - why would we go anywhere else? My hope is to keep him here as long as possible! I'm so thankful the open communication I have with their staff, and their policies during everything that's happened since last March have been easy to understand, and appreciated. The staff is caring and consistent and mostly importantly they have loved our kids. There's too many teachers to name but a few that have really impacted our kiddos are Ms. Leslie (the queen of pre-k), Ms. Kiki, Ms. Dey (my daughter still adores her and hasn't been in her class for years), Ms. Marina, Ms. Meeta and Ms. Bailey who somehow managed to get my boys to listen. The team is lead by Ms. Mistie who is a wonderful Director and always works to make sure parent's are informed and know their children are in safe hands. The front office team is always smiling and communicates with you and as the first and last faces your kids see each day become as important as the teachers.
