After giving full 2 months of time, they couldn't make him feel comfortable and he used to cry a lot. He goes well with his nanny, grandparents and neighborhood folks. Even new nanny can make him comfortable and happy in a day. School doesn't have live monitoring and we don't know how they treat young kids. When we asked what they do to make him feel better, we got generic responses(like we are trying) and they used to put blame on the kid. 18 month old shouldn't be blamed like this. Hope school should take this feedback to improve by showing some affection to little kids and hire better competent teachers instead of just running it as a business.

From the colorful classrooms to the spacious outdoor play areas, every aspect of the school is designed with the well-being and development of the students. The admin and support staff are super friendly and keep you actively updated with regular updates and opportunities to engage in our child's educational journey. There's real learning going on and it's evident in my son everyday. The curriculum and daily activities are impressive, even for the two year olds. My daughter just turned 2 and has been attending for almost a year now. She's been in 2 different classes during that time (older infant and then toddler) and we have never had a disappointing day. The director Manju is so kind and helpful. The front desk/admin Annette is warm and welcoming everyday. My little girl always gives her a big hug. Our teacher Angela is a superhero. I don't know how she does all she does with these toddlers! On top of that, the company has an amazing app, cameras to check in on your child, the teachers send photos and updates throughout the day and the meals and snacks always look so yummy. There are "theme" days (today was wear your favorite Disney!), curriculum, school wide events (hello Trunk or Treating and Thanksgiving lunch!) and parent teacher conferences to keep parents engaged and in the loop. Their facility is clean, and their teachers are fantastic. This was the first experience my kids had at a preschool, and they struggled with being left for the first few weeks, but each other teachers was patient and understanding. They helped them transition into this new schedule with gentleness, and soon my kids couldn't wait to go in the mornings. On more than one occasion my older daughter would ask if I could come pick her up later because she was having so much fun. Now that I'm finished with school, going back to work and finding childcare for my youngest was a no brainer - why would we go anywhere else? My hope is to keep him here as long as possible! I'm so thankful the open communication I have with their staff, and their policies during everything that's happened since last March have been easy to understand, and appreciated. Their director Joyce is very hands on, and helpful in meeting our childcare needs. Other staff members have been so kind, and I love that my kids love going to their classes. The way they keep me up to date through their app is also super awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

We found Ants to Elephants and the place our children have called a second home for the past four years. First, the owners are some of the most incredible people I have ever come to know. They care about having a well run, safe, and developmental child care center. But more importantly, they genuinely care about and love the children that are enrolled there. Both Katherine and Samantha are reliable, personable, and naturally amazing with children. They have a special connection with every child. Second, our kids love being here. They have been able to develop genuine friendships. They have come home excited to share what they have learned. They receive recognition when they go above and beyond what is expected of them. They receive gentle correction provided with grace whenever they make a mistake. Both our now 5 year old and our second born who is 19 months, are the incredible kids they are today because of the amount of energy and love given to them at this incredible school. Finally, you will not, and I've looked, find a better value for what you will get than this place. They are very reasonably priced. There are places with "nicer" amenities that will run you hundreds of dollars more. You also could find something for less money, but those places will pale in comparison to the care and development your child will receive. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great childcare facility. Your child will love interacting with the caring staff. The staff is caring and consistent and mostly importantly they have loved our kids. There's too many teachers to name but a few that have really impacted our kiddos are Ms. Leslie (the queen of pre-k), Ms. Kiki, Ms. Dey (my daughter still adores her and hasn't been in her class for years), Ms. Marina, Ms. Meeta and Ms. Bailey who somehow managed to get my boys to listen. The team is lead by Ms. Mistie who is a wonderful Director and always works to make sure parent's are informed and know their children are in safe hands. The front office team is always smiling and communicates with you and as the first and last faces your kids see each day become as important as the teachers. Thank you Lighthouse team for a wonderful 4 years!
