My main guides/teachers Charlie, and Ashlie have taught me more than I could have ever hoped for. It is sad to see that they have left due to a huge misjudgment of sorts. Although my time here has been great lovely teachers, campus, and environment, that is why I'm upset to see these events unfold. I love it and I hate it, that is why I decide to leave it with 2 instead of five. We took a brief stint away during "Covid Times" but started back at the beginning of kindergarten. It has been an extremely positive experience. We found the few issues we've raised over the years have been taken seriously and handled professionally. Ms. Janice, Ms. Kat, and Ms. Diana have been fantastic - even when I'd forgotten to let them know my daughter wouldn't be on the after-school bus. They are extraordinarily kind, quick-witted and a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis. Our daughter's teachers, from Ms Joanna when she was an infant - to Ms Zee, once she hit elementry school -have taken care of our kid like she was one of their own. Every teacher and administrator that our daughter has come in contact with has kept a gentle sense of humor when confronted with our daughter's awe-inspiring imagination. We've been very fortunate to find a place that lets our kid be herself. If you are in the market for childcare - this is an excellent place to stash your kid for the day or after-school. So you won't get any of your concerns properly heard or addressed. I never had such bad experience or felt abused/ignored with any Daycare/School in the past as I felt with TLE Georgetown. I had to send my daughter there because of the proximity from where I live. But I would say driving a lit longer and have your kids in a safe school with management/owner who sincerely value their customers is well invested and worth it. From August through May, our daughter had eight different teachers in her classroom. That level of turnover made it very difficult for the classroom to have the consistency, structure, and experienced instruction we expected. At this age, children need a reliable presence to build emotional safety, trust, and developmental confidence. Instead, the classroom often felt unstable, and we saw noticeable changes in behavior during periods of teacher turnover and classroom stress. To be clear, this is not a criticism of every teacher. We are grateful for Ms. Jordan, Ms. Spivey, and Ms. McNulty, who cared for our daughter and did their best in a difficult environment. The issue, in our view, was administrative: hiring, training, supporting, and retaining teachers, as well as listening to parent concerns. We raised concerns earlier in the year and requested a classroom change, but we did not feel heard. When changes were eventually made, teachers were moved again, despite our desire for consistency. Over time, the repeated disruptions broke our confidence in the school. Several families ultimately chose to leave, which speaks to how serious the concerns became. We were disappointed there was no inquiry, exit conversation, or request for feedback after our departure. Without stronger administrative accountability, I worry other families may experience the same challenges.

We found Ants to Elephants and the place our children have called a second home for the past four years. First, the owners are some of the most incredible people I have ever come to know. They care about having a well run, safe, and developmental child care center. But more importantly, they genuinely care about and love the children that are enrolled there. Both Katherine and Samantha are reliable, personable, and naturally amazing with children. They have a special connection with every child. Second, our kids love being here. They have been able to develop genuine friendships. They have come home excited to share what they have learned. They receive recognition when they go above and beyond what is expected of them. They receive gentle correction provided with grace whenever they make a mistake. Both our now 5 year old and our second born who is 19 months, are the incredible kids they are today because of the amount of energy and love given to them at this incredible school. Finally, you will not, and I've looked, find a better value for what you will get than this place. They are very reasonably priced. There are places with "nicer" amenities that will run you hundreds of dollars more. You also could find something for less money, but those places will pale in comparison to the care and development your child will receive. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great childcare facility. Your child will love interacting with the caring staff. They will form amazing friendships with a diverse group of classmates. I could not imagine having my children anywhere else.

I love that you can make it fit a schedule that works for the time you need and budget. The teachers are beyond amazing, the class sizes are small and the teachers/aids really know your kid, they don't just get lost in a sea of other kids, and you can tell that they genuinely enjoy being there and working with them. The teachers and leadership have done such a wonderful job preparing these students academically while perfectly balancing in fun!!

We had previous problems with her getting diaper rashes because she was being kept in poopy diapers for a long time, this was becoming more manageable since she is currently potty training but if you have a young child that will likely be an issue, I changed her diaper myself at the school multiple times at pick up because of the state I found her in. Stephanie does morning drop off and always goes out of the way to make it easy on us all. Sasmita is truly a godsend. She is our daughter's teacher. Our daughter used to be quiet and shy and now has outstanding vocabulary and loves her dance parties with Sasmita. Sasmita treats all the children like her own with hugs, support, compassion and discipline. We get tons of pictures/ videos throughout the day that help us feel at ease and know she is having a good day. She also sends us home with lots of artwork that I know we will treasure for years to come. Our family is so grateful for the wonderful group of teachers at this school.

We've had multiple classmates leave and quickly come back missing the Goddard community. So many families with multiple kids here.

Our daughter has been going to TLE Pflugerville since she was 3 months old and she is now 2.5yrs…read more We've had many teachers over our time, but a few stand out. Ms. Amaiya has been outstanding with our daughter while she was in Toddler B. Our daughter loves her so much so that now that she has moved on from her class, she will still sometimes refuse to enter the new class unless Ms. Amaiya is there. She has been so great that she'll often at times help take her in the morning until her current teacher is available to get her. We are extremely grateful for her! Currently, our daughter is in Ms. Stephanie's class and she loves and trusts her as well. Ms. Stephanie has been incredible and is always available to give us updates on our daughter's potty training. She encourages her all the time to do things on her own and she's been so crucial for us in helping us potty train our daughter. The front desk of TLE has been amazing as well! Ms. Jessica and her team have done an amazing job and really have given a lot of consistency to the facility that we felt was lacking for a while. Seeing Ms. Jessica's and Ms. Phoenix's faces in the morning always lights up our daughter's face. We are moving away soon and won't be able to send our daughter here. We will truly miss the staff and all they have done for our daughter. They have made such a big impact on our daughter's and our lives and we hope we've made a lasting impression as well.

I get a call from daycare stating my child had slapped a teacher at 4:50pm during nap time. On…read morethe way home, I explained to my child we do not hit teachers. That is not a nice thing to do. We keep our hands to yourself. Well then my daughter proceeds to tell me the teacher squeezed me and it hurt my heart. When she tells me this she sounded sad and hurt. I went into panic mode asking what does that mean? Like you couldn't breathe or were you in pain? I said when we get home, demonstrate to me and your dad what happen. Well we get home and ask more questions, she said momma sit down, I sit down and she sits in between my legs. She said momma push your legs together like this. She said squeeze me, that's what the teacher did to me. So I said did it hurt? she said yes my heart. So when I dropped her off I told the director, I need a meeting. She asked is everything ok, I said yes and no. I didn't want to give her too much info because I didn't want to lose camera footage. They are known to lose footage or they can not play it back. We have our meeting the next day. I explained to her what happened and told her I want to see the cameras. She explains they are live streamed and aren't able to play it back. So happen the area manager was there. I said what do you mean you can't play them back and so what is the point of having them? So she takes me to the area manager to explain the process of the cameras. She asked what do I want to see. I said a teacher squeezed my daughter and she asked for the teachers name. We go over what happened. They explain I understand if I was in your shoes I would be a concerned parent too and I don't think that teacher would do that. I know you and your family have been here since ******* was a baby. Our priority is to make sure your child is safe but we also want to advocate for our teachers too. They tried to reassure me but it didn't work. The director writes my statement, stated they would question the teacher and get her statement, then they would turn this into licensing, licensing would then investigate the school and then licensing would reach out to me to question the situation. They said in the mean time we will keep this teacher and your daughter in separate rooms. I'm still upset because my child has been here since she was 6 months old and it was like they didn't care. At that point my child turned into a number. We wrap up the meeting. My daughter wanted to go home with her dad, so we go get her things and as we are walking out, my daughter points to the wall and said that's the teacher that squeezed me. Mind you she is on the wall for teacher of the month. So I told myself submit the situation yourself. So I go on the website for daycare abuse and submitted a report. Well when I submitted it, I didn't get a confirmation email or anything. So I find out licensing came to daycare but no one was telling me anything. So then I go back to state website and call the 800 number. That same day licensing reaches out to me. We are talking and she's asking questions. She says something that triggers that she is going off my report. I said what? I said wait you didn't get a report from daycare, she said no. I receive this from an online report. I said you came on Monday and I asked them if you came. They were acting like they submitted the report like they were helping. They didn't want to report this because they were already under an investigation. At that point before I had talked to licensing something told me to pull my daughter out and I did. I went in to get a document signed and the director says Brie's not here, is she coming tomorrow, I said nope and then she asked is she coming Friday? I said nope and she then say is she coming back at all and I said nope. She said did you tell anyone. I said I was getting to that. I said my daughter will not be back and she then hands me the withdrawal form. I signed the form and left. I wasn't going to keep my daughter here. The trust from this facility was gone after they didn't report to licensing, my daughter would say she hated this school or she was scared to go in. I couldn't do it. She had went through 5-6 teachers alone in preschool. She doesn't even acknowledge the school when we pass it. That should tell you something. She use to say that's my school. Trust me, it hurt to make that decision because she also had friends she grew up with since they were 6 months old but I did not feel safe leaving her there with her comments.
