The office manager at Lawn Ranger is horrible to put it lightly. She actually ended up hollering into the phone and hanging up on me. Let me say, I am a long time customer for both pest control in the yard and in the interior of my home. (We get the perimeter done). Darlene, the previous manager, was great. Unfortunately, she's not longer there. This new lady is overbearing, bossy, and has NO customer service ethics. I told her, I wanted to speak to someone over her. She said no one was over her. Jeff, the owner, out of town. I asked for him. Hopefully, she delivers the message . What has happened to being friendly? Half way through the conversation she put me on the speaker phone. Poor Quality. On multiple occasions this company had workers show up and pretend to cut my lawn in under 5 minutes. They will lie and say they showed up and even try and record on their tablet, photos of them pretending to cut your lawn. SMH. I cant make this up, I have video footage to prove it. read more

We asked Lawn Ranger to come out and give an estimate for lawn mowing service. They had the highest bid we received and tried to sell more services than we needed. Not sure we will go with them. read more

A group of us were playing golf at World Golf Village when a worker from this company was spraying into the wind . As we drove by and parked at the next tee box the herbicide and insecticide when all in our mouths, face and drinks . We confronted the young man who had no remorse. We stated that he had a mask on and that he had just sprayed us . We asked him to stop but he continued spraying into the wind and onto us . We were less than pleased and I would urge anyone to exercise caution when considering this company . read more

Called on a Thursday to get a quote said the guy would be out Monday no show call before they closed and they said he'd be out Tuesday here it is Wednesday and no-show again after five phone calls you would think somebody would have the common courtesy to call and say hey we're not gonna make it also Breisn't read more

I hired lawn ranger to sod my yard. I had a xeriscape yard. The sod sat wet in pallets in my driveway 24 hours before they set foot in my yard. Out of 4 workers 2 worked to tear out plants, remove landscape fabric and prep the soil. The other 2 were on their phones. It was a Friday so they rushed to finish a 2 day job in 1 day. Left at 9 at night. Then it was discovered that the sod was infested with sod web worms. The only reason I gave any stars is because they made every attempt to fix the yard with chemicals. It looks pretty good now but it was a nightmare. BEWARE read more

For the price, the quality just isnt up to par. After being away for the summer and returning to a good amount of weeds in my yard, I'm just not happy with the service of my property. With so many other companies in the area its worth my time checking out another. read more
