So a guy from the company came out, Renee, to look at the yard while I was at work. He then texted me and asked if I could do $90 for the first cut and $50 every time after. I said no, I can not do that, it's too high of a price for me. And then he offered $80 the first cut, I said, no thank you I'm sorry I can't do h at. My yard isn't huge. And the back has hardly any grass. It's a little high, but being that it really isn't much yard at all AND I used to do lawn maintenance so I know it will only take 10-15 minutes at most. So not 20 minutes after that I get a call from I guess the owner of the company. Saying that "just a heads up, but you should let us know if you're going to hire another company" I said I let Renee know I was price shopping and that price is too high for me. He said "no it's not!" I said umm yes. It is. I said it may not be too high for you but it's too high for me. I described the issue and asked if he thought that Pestology could correct it. He drove to my home and assured me they could fix the issue. I also learned that if I set up auto-pay, the first month would be free. They were hired. About a week later, Bryan came to treat the lawn. Bryan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He started with the dead spots in the grass. In the problem area, he put a high-quality dirt mix. This was above and beyond what I expected. Bryan treated the problem area and the rest of the yard with a liquid and granual fertilizer. He also treated the weeds that were starting in the dead areas. Bryan followed up 2 weeks after the initial treatment to check the change. The yard looked better than the work the previous company tried for over a year to do. The change has been incredible. At the 2 week recheck, he treated the yard again. In another 2 weeks, we are going to get the regular lawn treatment. The grass is now a dark green color. I can't believe what an improvement there has been with my lawn because of Pestology. I could not recommend them more highly. They fix problems and follow-up!!!
