We had a problem with our St. Augustine grass losing a battle of nutrients to a large growing oak…read moretree in the front yard. For years, we had the same local company. However, after they were bought out by a larger national grass care business, the quality of their lawn care became useless. After getting a letter from the HOA about the dead spots in the yard, I realized it was time to find a new company. I decided to give Pestology a try. I spoke with Mr. Joseph Walker. I described the issue and asked if he thought that Pestology could correct it. He drove to my home and assured me they could fix the issue. I also learned that if I set up auto-pay, the first month would be free. They were hired. About a week later, Bryan came to treat the lawn. Bryan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He started with the dead spots in the grass. In the problem area, he put a high-quality dirt mix. This was above and beyond what I expected. Bryan treated the problem area and the rest of the yard with a liquid and granual fertilizer. He also treated the weeds that were starting in the dead areas. Bryan followed up 2 weeks after the initial treatment to check the change. The yard looked better than the work the previous company tried for over a year to do. The change has been incredible. At the 2 week recheck, he treated the yard again. In another 2 weeks, we are going to get the regular lawn treatment. The grass is now a dark green color. I can't believe what an improvement there has been with my lawn because of Pestology. I could not recommend them more highly. They fix problems and follow-up!!!

This service is terrible and the owner ripped us off!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would…read more I found this service because the owners kid went to my daughters day care. He told me that the the service was $25 per time he mows the lawn. We were interested in a monthly billing and negotiated down to $85 per month. We offered to pay the same rate on the winter when the grass does not grow and no mowing is necessary to ensure the same low rate $85 per month for weekly mowing. In the winter he came every 2 weeks which is expected because the grass does not grow. Bu throughout the spring and now into the summer her kept only coming every 2 weeks. So instead of our negotiated $21.25 per mow he was charging me $42.50 per mow. I called him to discuss it and his explanation was that it is actually more work for him to let my lawn get tall and unruly then mow it every 2 weeks instead. He said I could feel free to cancel at any time. That is exactly what I did, and so should you. You should find a neighborhood Kid to mow your lawn. The kid is less likely to rip you off. If you wand a mediocre lawn care service and a high potential of getting ripped off I highly suggest this company.

I just moved to Nocatee, and this was the first time I'd ever used the company. Four guys came out of the truck at 3 PM on a 95-degree day with energy and positive looks on their faces that I could never have anticipated. One guy mowing the back, one in front, one with the edger, and one with the blower. Once the grass looked great, they started looking for weeds to pull, branches to trim, etc. I could not have been more impressed, and I look forward to a long, successful relationship with this locally owned and operated team.

AVOID THESE FOLKS! Treeco destroyed my shed and never even responded to my calls and emails…read more The next door neighbors contracted Treeco to remove their dead sweetgum which hung over the property line and my shed. The crew showed up and were not even told ahead of time the tree was dead and unstable. They dropped a large limb and crushed the shed. The crew cleaned it up as best they could, but Treeco's owner ignored the photos and all of my attempts to follow up. Thank goodness no one was hurt and this was not someone's house. Too small for an insurance claim or small claims court suit, so the owner displayed how much integrity he has by walking away. (Also, the homeowner next door who paid Treeco said they never completed removing all of the trunk and stump pieces, as they had promised.)
