Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.

I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

This was done with care because city water pipe and lawn sprinkler system plus internet cable were entwined with tree roots. The issue is that the team damaged our driveway. I asked for another proposal for trimming a tree in the back. While here, the Tree Tech was shown the damaged driveway (10 x 5 inch crunch in middle of driveway). He said that he would get on with repairing; it has been over a week since and no response. I called the office and asked if everything was ok and if he could be reminded. Silence. No response. I would not like any company that I owned to be so unresponsive for damage my employees caused.

Following a recent treatment, my lawn developed bright yellow, perfectly straight machine lines and heavy yellow patches in areas of my lawn. When I called to utilize their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee," the owner completely deflected blame, claiming that the perfectly straight, geometric machine lines tracking across my yard were due to a "lack of rain" and "bad soil." This is a complete logistical impossibility, as it has been raining practically every day and I have an automatic home sprinkler system. Drought and bad soil never express themselves in perfect, machine-width straight lines. Most egregiously, the company explicitly agreed to send a technician out to my property to pull soil samples and investigate the issue. However, they completely went back on their word. They refused to honor their agreement to send the technician, canceled the scheduled visit, and abruptly terminated my account altogether. They completely abandoned their service agreement and left my property damaged. Absolute lack of accountability and terrible business practices.

Also, one time a long time ago when I was doing this myself didn't apply the chemicals correctly and burned the yard. If I request for something from Lawn Doctor in between lawn treatments, they are very responsive, and come out the next day! And the best part of all is that people actually answer the phones and care! I get email reminders of when Lawn Doctor is coming out and after treatment a diagnosis of the lawn and things to do and look for.
