When I returned from a week-long trip I found a wire hanging down onto my driveway which I needed to move in order to get into the garage. Neighbors told me that Shaw's had knocked the line down when they came to work at the neighbor's house the day before. So, I called Shaw's and reported the problem. They told me they were not responsible for the wire because it was not at standard height. They were not willing to help me in any way. So, I had to determine whose wire it was and eventually discovered it was A T & T's. I called them and they send someone out to remove it. I told the A T & T worker what Shaw's had told me and he said the wire was at regulation height and Shaw's just didn't want to deal with it. So, I would be careful if you choose to use this business and if you are an innocent neighbor whose property they happen to impact, be prepared for them to provide no help to repair the damage they caused.
