I am disappointed because this company has not repaired damage to my driveway during a tree removal. It is sad because we have used their services in the past and were very satisfied with the results. We had to have a tree removed and stump ground up. This was done with care because city water pipe and lawn sprinkler system plus internet cable were entwined with tree roots. The issue is that the team damaged our driveway. I asked for another proposal for trimming a tree in the back. While here, the Tree Tech was shown the damaged driveway (10 x 5 inch crunch in middle of driveway). He said that he would get on with repairing; it has been over a week since and no response. I called the office and asked if everything was ok and if he could be reminded. Silence. No response. I would not like any company that I owned to be so unresponsive for damage my employees caused. read more

We chose this company because they have been in business a while and are bonded and insured and gave us a good price estimate. We had three large 60 year old water oaks removed that were endangering our neighbor's property and our own garage. The team was very safe and efficient at protecting the surrounding buildings and plantings while removing these trees. I cannot recommend this company enough! They skillfully removed a live oak tree from our house, and another tree off our shed, after Hurricane Irma caused over $50,000 worth of damages to our home. We were extremely concerned that the tree removal process would cause even more damage, possibly breaking windows or breaking through our roof. But Tree Tech knew exactly what they were doing and charged a very fair price. They also came out immediately when our usual tree company put us on the back burner.
