It makes the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Additionally, despite advertising leather cleaning services, they refused to take in a leather item, which was frustrating and confusing. Since Thanksgiving was the very next day, I figured I was out of luck and started mentally preparing to find a different dress to wear. I called the store anyway and somehow managed to get in touch with the owner. He explained that they had closed early because of Thanksgiving, which I completely understood. But when I told him my situation, he did something I absolutely did not expect. He said he was about 40 minutes away, but insisted on turning around and coming back to the store just so I could get my dress. He drove all the way back, opened the shop for me, and then had to drive another 40 minutes again afterward. I honestly couldn't believe it. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. He went so far out of his way to help me, especially right before a major holiday. Truly 10/10 service. I'm so grateful and will absolutely continue coming here. Highly recommend!

Two times ago, my clothes weren't ready by the time they had specified, & it isn't like they're right down the street from my house. When I don't receive a text, I check the link they've texted me after drop off & it always says they haven't started on my clothes yet. It isn't until I call the store to ask about the status, that I can confirm whether my clothes have been completed. They still do an excellent job overall & the prices are fair, but the lack of communication & reliability is becoming a bit frustrating.

My laundry arrived in these beautiful laundry bags. Folded and handled with such care. Everything arrived pristine, far better than I could have ever done myself. This place is cleaning, very well maintained, has lots of washers and dryers, and has a vending machine with great options if you have any additional needs while washing your clothes. I also love that this business is women owned and has lots of cameras for additional safety and security (although it's located in a pretty safe area anyways). It is a bit of a drive from wheee I am staying but it is definitely worth it and I will definitely be back.

I needed it hemmed so i didnt have much of a choice. My dress was chiffon so i did hear that that fabric was hard to sew. Oh well, needed it anyway. Came out to about $200 just for my dress.... I came here thinking it was reasonably priced but boy did i make a mistake choosing this dress. Also paid for my daughter's dress to get taken in. It took about 3 weeks and i picked it up the day before the wedding. So when wedding day came, i noticed it looked like there was no adjustments made on her dress. More than an inch of extra material and to me, it looked the same as when i brought it in. Again, had no choice so she wore it. But i spent over $300 in services and it was a bit underwhelming. I do want to add that my dress was done excellent and even if it was "difficult to deal with", it was very well hemmed. I probably would not return because it wasnt the closest to me, and the experience was just alright. Not terrible, but not the greatest.
