The music is VERY loud, it's overwhelming. The bathroom never has hand soap which is gross. It is usually "out of order" Sadly, I continue to go here because it is convenient and close to my home. The staff tries hard, greeting, and wiping down machines. The cost to wash and dry seems high to fair and sometimes the machines smell really bad. The hugest issue for me is the BLARING MUSIC! Chill place to get your laundry done. They have tons of deals throughout the week to get you to go, I highly recommend trying those out and taking advantage of them. The reason why I'm giving them a 3 versus my usual 4 or 5 is because I've had my clothes stolen from here before. I think it means "Mr. Bubbles??" Yes this place is not located in the best side of town but don't let that fool you. Like they say "Don't judge a book by its cover." My washer at home is getting repaired so that's what brought me here. They have double, triple, 5 loader washers and even an 8 loader washer. Prices I guess are reasonable haven't been to a laundry mat in a while, but this is the cleanest one I've ever been to. read more

Very disappointed w this place This is my second visit as my washer is broken and I used to work out w the owner so thought I'd give them a second chance. Not again. The first time I was here they made me pay cash before they would take my clothes. They do not give a receipt but I insisted. When I returned they wanted me to pay again This time I was short of cash as they weigh your clothes and give you the price to wash them. The lady said matter of factly that I pay when i pick up. ?? She then said they'd be ready tonight as I dropped them off at noon. When I came back at 7 they were sitting untouched and I was told they'd be ready tomorrow? Really folks?? As it's my bedding I need it tonight. He then told me I could pick it up at 10 tonight. Maybe I should just do it myself but the public room is dirty so don't want my clothes in the public washers. Great machines with a clean environment. Typical laundromat atmosphere with a usual friendly and helpful staff. Except recently they hired a weekend night shift person that just took this establishment's fifth star. They are not friendly, you can easily tell they just work to make what ever income they can get and as far as helpful, They look at you like you've never washed in your life and with a scorn look make you fix the machine as they instruct you. Thank my parents for my bilingual education, that i could communicate because she was acting like i was an extraterrestrial. Yes I'm writing this 2 minutes after this event so her and coworker are just staring at me. On a serious note, the day staff and management that I've personally met are so friendly and helpful, even when they can't help, they know exactly how to treat their customers. I will probably come back because i like this laundromat more than i am disgusted by this lady's customer service. I do wish management see this and explain that customer service is key. First of all I hate laundromats. It's just a pain in the ass to haul your laundry anywhere and they're usually dirty and crowded. But this place was so fast and easy! Stick money in the machine and get a card that you can swipe in the washers and dryers. I love not having to get a million quarters to stick in the machine or have leftover for next time! And the washers are SO fast. It was pretty clean and there were no weirdos creeping around the place (that I could see, anyway). Best laundry place I've been to in CA so far! DO NOT GO HERE, unless you want to spend $20 for one blanket and a small load of laundry. I spent $20, I'm not even exaggerating. It cost me $5.50 just to wash one blanket and to dry it was around $9. After putting $20 on the laundry card I still didn't have enough to finish drying everything so I walked out with damp clothes. Laundromats are supposed to be a place where you go to save your money NOT BE RIPPED OFF!!! The surrounding area is low income and it's insulting to the community to charge prices like this. Very clean establishment but make sure if you come on a weekend that you get there early! There are plenty of machines but it seems as though on the weekends people bring in laundry from a 20 person family. Daily specials including one on Thursdays where they will give you 30 minutes of free drying time. Open early, 6am, which is great...no one is there that early. After I get my card n clothes loaded in wash machine I put my card in machine and it says LOW FUNDS I try few more times..nothing!! Finally find attendant I start to tell her my issue and before I could even get it out she points to the sign that says "doors are closed 8:45pm for security reasons". I wasn't even asking about the doors. So a nice lady who speaks Spanish helped me. I enjoy how during football season I can watch the game and still get my honey to do list done. Very clean and well maintained laundromat. They also give you bonus credits on your card if you refill the same card after 2 to 3 times.

1st Visit: There should be "0" ratings...I had came in on a Thursday, didn't know u get a Free Dry All Day (1 x 30min dry) until I was there. HATED that I couldn't break my $20 for the laundry in the machine that apparently u need their card to activate the washer/dryer. Had the lady break down my $20. Drying time comes...Where's the attendant for my free dry? Not around. Where's the instructions for using the dryer? None! Stuck the card in the dryer, nothing happens, stuck it in the machine again, nothing happens...finally got it to work. The lady comes back, informed her I was looking for her to get my free dry as advertised, said come back next Thurs. told her I'd be back on the weekend. She gave me her name and said just let the other worker know she owed me a free dry. Ok. 2nd Visit: Following Sunday or Monday, went back, informed the attendant that the lady on Thurs said to let her know she owed me a free 30 min dry. She flipped out, seemed like she was the Manager? Said, "If the lady wasn't here then she may have been on a break or lunch, u do understand that we need to take breaks and lunches?" I was like wow, the previous lady was being nice and offered me the free dry, it wasn't like I demanded it. After being RUDE, she dried one of my loads for 30mins. I only came here a 3rd time bc the laundromat I go to is being remodeled :( Señor Burbujas is a newer and cheaper place but their SERVICE SUCKS!!! And, the point that they make u use their card (bc they want to keep u coming back) where you're always left with a balance SUCKS!!!. I.e. a 35 or 55 cents per dry but u don't take coins? U have to PAY BY THE $1, so u always end up with loose change on the USELESS CARD, u can't use anywhere but there!!! 3rd Visit: Washed my loads, the washer didn't wring out my clothes so it came out soaked. Needed to add money. Put the card in, put a dollar in bc I needed 2 more dries, (scenario: 2 dries @35 cents = 70 cents, u have 30 useless cents left on the card per dollar or 2 dries @55 cents = $1.10 so u have 90 useless cents remaining on the card). Anyway, the machine turned red, I waited for my money to come out (confused to why my card wasn't credited) again, I waited but nothing happened, the machine said, See Manager, I was like SERIOUSLY, good thing I added only a dollar bc I NEVER GOT REIMBURSED. There was an older mexican man behind me, I told him that machine didn't work. I then left to get the attendant who said the machine should've given me my money back, I said it didn't. She said she can't refund me. I said, THE MACHINE TOOK MY $ and YOU'RE NOT GIVING IT BACK? She said, SHE BELIEVES the Mexican man TOOK MY MONEY and LIED about it. I told her, "I stood there confused to what wasn't happening and waited but no money came out. I asked her to give me the business card with the Managers name on it. She said she'd be right back with it but she "NEVER" did. She walks by several times, assists other Customers, changed the TV, Sweeps, but DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY REQUEST TO CONTACT THE MANAGER JOSEPHINA? I came here because my dryer broke at home and I had a load of wet clothes I needed to dry ASAP. The card payment system they have setup is annoying. I prefer just a regular coin operated machine. With the card system you can only add money in $0.30 increments and if you do one load you'll have money left over on your card that you cannot get refunded. Not a fan of this system. read more

AWESOME!!!! Took 52 pounds of clothing in to take advantage of the wash and fold service they offer. Not only did I get $5.00 off for checking in with YELP, but I only paid $47 for the young lady to use their detergent, their fabric softener, their bleach, AND the best thing was....they folded everything!!! I passed by this laundromat a couple of times on my way to work. I decided to try the wash and fold service because I saw the $5 off coupon on Yelp. I was able to pick my laundry up the same day. It was only $1 a pound which wasn't too bad, they even gave me a choice of what soap and softeners that I wanted on my clothes. The young lady that helped me was cool. I would definitely come back and use their service again. On a side note... when I got my coupon from Yelp, I noticed some of the reviews weren't all good. This place is awesome! I love the fact I can drop off my laundry and pick it up all nice and fresh and clean for only $1 a pound! I brought in 26 pounds of laundry and it cost $26 dollars and that even included soap which is a great deal. I never have to stress over doing my laundry for hours again. I have been to Senor Burbujas too times to count and every time I have visited this place, it has always been clean and the staff has always been helpful and friendly. Brenda is really helpful and whenever I have a question she always helps.The dryers and washers are very big and very cheap as well. One day a week, there is a discount for the dryers. The staff is helpful if you need anything, plus they are always working. They clean the dryer filters, take out the trash, polish the machines, sweep the floors, and many other tasks. It is a nice and clean laundromat; much better than others I have been to. Also, there is no more quarters. You simply insert money into a machine with a card that can be used over and over again. My only critique is the laundry carts. I think that every laundromat should have a system of sanitation for them just because there might be germs on it. Maybe some disinfecting wipes so every time someone uses it, they can simply clean their carts. read more
