He listens. He knows his stuff. I had a very particular sound in mind for this album--it's an acoustic album, and I didn't want it over-produced, I wanted a nice, organic feel to it. Eddie made that happen. He's a great listener, and he's patient to a "T"--it took a LONG time to finish the album because we were so particular about the sound. Never did we feel rushed or pressured. The location itself has rehearsal spaces and recording studios available for use by members. Through open houses and mixer events, Soundspace strives to create connections for musicial collaboration and learning experiences. From what I understand, Soundspace uses a subscription model to provide services to its members. You can join as a monthly user to connect with others through exclusive events. If you need rehearsal or recording studio time, you can book time at the space for your practice and mixing needs. I am glad to see to see an unique venture like Soundspace here in Indy. In addition, there are plans to expand into a much bigger venue on the south end of the building. Hopefully through these efforts we can continue to expand the music scene in the city.
