I had already purchased quality strings but didn't trust myself to put them on. They will call when my bow is done (they only use quality horse hair). When leaving they thanked me for trusting them. While waiting I checked out the available music and practice books (I have plenty to keep me busy), as well as violins for sale, ranging if I recall from $1,000 to $17,000 if I recall.
