So, it's like your usual Bodega - You order in the back (in Spanish. Otherwise they get flustered, and then go find someone who speaks English. Then again "dos Tacos al pastor" ), and pay in the front when you're all done. In between, you get wait for your tacos (or sopas, or plates, or whatever), and once you get them, load them up w/ whatever you need (lime and salsa for sure!) from the salsa bar, and then demolish the lot in a couple of quick bites! Do note, the orange salsa at the salsa bar is DOOM. Be warned. Then again, the radishes and limes help recover from DOOM. Anyhow, experiment if you can. The lengua and tripa are off the charts, as is, well, everything else.
