I was so fortunate that I called Imagine Audio. They worked with me to find a reliable/reasonably priced OEM manufacturer for the camera (I didn't want to buy used or some cheap knockoff). Scheduling with them was very easy, brought car in at 9am and received a text at 11:30am that it was ready. Paid and was on my way. Extremely professional and great people work here from the owner on down. I highly recommend this business.

After 1.5 years the power amp went out and had to be sent back to the factory. A year later the subwoofer quits. I went back again, they played with some wires and it worked when I left. A month later the sub quit again. Frustrated and very busy I did not return to this store. Drove without my sub until I found a great store in Ewing NJ. They inspected the system and immediately asked me where I had it done and that the power amp should NEVER have been installed under the drivers seat in the mustang. They showed me frayed wires that led to shorting out the sub. The. Wires grayed from the movement of the drivers seat over the years. End of story is $1200 later I have the power amp relocated and the sub replaced. Sadly, this store lost a good customer...so BE WARE work can be shoddy!

    Sensational Experience!!!! Recently, I just bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, and I was…read moreinterested in tinting my front two windows to match my rear windows. So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! They get a A++++++ from me!!! Kudos to Rose and Ian for making my 1st time experience a pleasurable one!!!

I was advised the services would take 3 hours. I woke up early on a Saturday very exited and eager to have my services . Since I was advised the services would only take 3 hours, I called at 11:30am to get a time estimate for pickup. Only to be disappointed with a response from Ian that my car just went back at 11:30 am. 3 hours from then I stopped pass the shop due to me being in the area, and my car was infact in the same spot where I parked at 8:30am. Ian was rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing he condesenly asked "well do you need your car? You will get a text when it's ready". I got a text at 5:12pm indicating my car would be ready for pickup at 5:40pm. When I arrived, instead of saying sorry for the delay. I was greated when a snarky comment "Better late than never", as if that wasn't unprofessional enough, I was then charged a higher price than I was originally quoted. Even though I have a written quote via text, Ian still fast talked and charged me a higher price. A price that I wouldn't of agreed upon had I known the day I made my appointment. Ian came off very condescending, arrogant, rude, and aggressive. He made this experience horrible for me. I will be contacting the better business bureau due to be quoted one price and charge a different price after service

    Initially, I came back to this company due the great work they've done for me the past year, highly…read moresatisfied with the tinting. My first experience was at the Marlton location, quick and efficient work. This time around, I was coming to get another car tinted (just the 4 side windows) & I was told it was be 3-4hrs. I thought that duration was ridiculous and the parking lot was empty so I was confused why It would take so long. Anyway, the customer service rep Angelo told me it would take 3-4hrs and to wait in waiting room. I decided that's entirely too long to wait, just like anyone else would. I went to the front desk to tell them I was catching a Uber home & to call me when It was ready, I'd catch a ride back to pick up my car hours later like I was told. My uber comes to pick me up to take me 25 minutes home, once we got near my house they called me back and said that the car was finished that fast. I quickly told my Uber ride to take me back and sorry for inconveniencing her, she proceeded to tell me that she had just picked someone up from the same location that was told their car would take several hours to be done and they ended up calling in about 45 minutes saying that it was finished. Again, it seems to be a pattern of being inconsiderate and wasting peoples time and money. I spent $45 just to go for a ride and then turn around and come right back without any. Apologies for the inconvenience or reimbursement. I mentioned to Angelo, the front desk, customer service rep, in front of the manager as well, I was expecting 3 to 4 hours. That's why I paid for a ride to come and pick me up. Angelo says to me "yeah it's estimated 3-4hrs" , I said , "but, that was 45mins I just left here. Angelo responds, "when we're on it we're on it". I left because he clearly didn't see what the problem was or didn't choose to care, I thought it was pretty clear and common sense to recognize the inconvenience that you just caused someone. So yeah, very disappointed with the way that the situation wasn't handled and not addressed, very unfortunate because I like the companies actual work.
