She was sweet enough to show me her lashes from her own wedding to give me a hint of what my lashes would look like. This was truly helpful. I went with what she recommended, C curl with 10 and 11 in length. I was afraid I was going to look gaudy but.......I absolutely LOVE them! The owner of this place has no communication skills. I've been to this place three times for Lash…read morelifts. It was good the first time, the second time it was done by the owner and she gave me a tint, which I did not ask for- it's cool because she didn't charge me. On the third time, however she started acting really passive aggressive. The third time was done by another tech, I asked if the owner could communicate what I did last time to the third tech and she told me that she doesn't have the information. Their English was very limited and I didn't speak Korean, I told them I wanted a lift from the root and not from the middle of my lashes because if it's crawled from the middle, and it grows out, it grows into my eyelid. After my third session, the tech asked me to check in a mirror which is sitting on a wall with a piece of furniture in between. I was really sleepy after the session and I couldn't really see clearly I just went home. After I went home, I checked, and it was indeed curled in the middle, and it was curled into my lid, and I politely called. The owner asked me to send a text message with a problem and I did. She then responded saying that it was done by another person so I have to come in to fix. When I went in there, the third tech who did my lashes was nice and she said because I already did it a week ago she didn't want to do it again because it's going to hurt my lashes with the chemicals. I agreed. The owner however, came in really mad. She started saying that I complained for no reason and said all these things I did not say. I asked her to refer to the text messages and then she just walked away saying there is nothing wrong. There is nothing wrong, repeatedly in a very rude manner. I was stunned because I was the customer and I was just expressing what I wanted from the service, but it seems like the owner wanted nothing but to argue and be petty. I'm giving them two stars because the attack who did my third session did say she'll fix it for free, which I do appreciate. Was it the worst lash lift I've ever received? No. Was it the worst customer service I received for a feedback? Absolutely. So I think this place is great if you don't have any comments/ suggestions on their work. If you do, be prepared to be yelled at for having them.

My gel manicures always last over two weeks. Not this time. This place concerns me for a few reasons.. I see no licenses hanging on the walls which means most likely your nail tech knows nothing other than how to paint your nails and absolutely nothing in terms of how to keep things clean. I also noticed they wash their tools in the sink very quickly and then just lay them out to dry. No other measures were taken. If you dare to come here, you are better off bringing your own. The actual gel mani was awful, the girl didn't even wash her hands before touching me, her own nails were absolutely filthy and she didn't even do a great job on my gel mani. There was topcoat all over my fingers, and she didn't push back my cuticles so they already looked old to begin with. Also the finish wasn't smooth and I can see small bumps underneath. I'll go elsewhere next time!
