It's a little more than the $8 I usually pay in the city, but still the best price I've seen locally. When I arrived, there was a bit of a wait, with about four people ahead of me. Only one woman was handling eyebrow services while another staff member was doing a wax in the back. The line moved fairly quickly, but the place did feel a little understaffed. I also think some of the services could use a bit more privacy. One woman was getting a head massage in the main area, and it felt a little awkward having a line of people waiting nearby and watching. That said, the service was friendly and I was happy with the results. They also offer package deals for repeat customers and loyalty cards where your tenth service is free. My gel manicures always last over two weeks. Not this time. This place concerns me for a few reasons.. I see no licenses hanging on the walls which means most likely your nail tech knows nothing other than how to paint your nails and absolutely nothing in terms of how to keep things clean. I also noticed they wash their tools in the sink very quickly and then just lay them out to dry. No other measures were taken. If you dare to come here, you are better off bringing your own. The actual gel mani was awful, the girl didn't even wash her hands before touching me, her own nails were absolutely filthy and she didn't even do a great job on my gel mani. There was topcoat all over my fingers, and she didn't push back my cuticles so they already looked old to begin with. Also the finish wasn't smooth and I can see small bumps underneath.
