I've been going to The Lash Lounge to get threading, and my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted for a couple of months now. The staff there are so nice, and I have had great service every time I've gone. I'm very happy with the way they shape my eyebrows, and they are quick, which is nice because threading doesn't exactly feel good. I had a really frustrating experience with The Lash Lounge Reno - The Summit today. At 4:10 PM, I received a call asking me to move my original 6:30 PM brow threading appointment up to 5:30 PM because the stylist, Hannah R., had an opening and didn't want to wait around. I went out of my way to adjust my schedule to accommodate this and let them know I would be about 10-15 minutes late. I was told that would be fine. (For context, the services I booked are listed as taking about 45 minutes total.) At 5:35 PM, while I was rushing from work to make the earlier time they requested, I received another call telling me I was now "too late" for the appointment and that they had a client coming in at 6:30 PM, so they couldn't see me. This is especially frustrating because they had already booked someone into my original 6:30 PM slot before my new 5:30 PM appointment even started -- meaning they created a situation with zero flexibility after asking me to move my appointment as a favor to them. When I pointed this out, I asked if I would be refunded since they were the ones who changed the timing. The receptionist said no, citing their cancellation policy. I then asked if I could still come in for one of the two services, and she said yes. I arrived at 5:45 PM and was again told I was "too late" and that they couldn't take me because of the 6:30 PM client -- the exact time slot they had asked me to give up an hour earlier so the stylist could leave sooner. I had originally booked threading and tinting, but I offered to switch to just a lash & brow tint (which is listed as a 15-minute service on their website). There were still 45 minutes until 6:30 PM, yet Hannah R. said she still couldn't do it. So to recap: * At 4:10 PM, they asked me to move my 6:30 appointment earlier for their convenience * I agreed and clearly communicated I might be slightly late * They confirmed that was okay * They booked another client into my original 6:30 slot * At 5:35 PM, while I was on my way, they told me I was already "too late" * I was told I could still come in for one service * I arrived at 5:45 PM and was turned away entirely * They refused even a shorter service despite having more than enough time This was completely disorganized and, honestly, disrespectful of my time. I rearranged my evening to accommodate their request and help fill their schedule, and was met with contradictory communication and zero flexibility from both the receptionist and Hannah R. If there were strict timing policies, that should have been clearly communicated when they called -- not after I had already adjusted my schedule and showed up. I won't be returning. The level of disrespect for my time when I was trying to do something nice for their stylist by coming in early is unfathomable. Lyssa B. did an amazing job, it was my first time ever getting my lashes done and she was really patient and kind while answering all of my questions. Despite me not knowing exactly what I wanted (rookie move, right? lol) she did great with creating a set that looks stunning! I felt really comfortable & welcomed the moment I stepped in, and was even offered a blanket for the duration of my appointment!!! At the end of my appointment, Lyssa explained the necessary aftercare for my lashes & even took the time to explain each individual product to me. Needless to say, I walked away that night with my after care goodies, a membership to The Lash Lounge, and beyond excited for my next appointment in 2 weeks :) I believe Brooklin had helped me check in & out, she also was a joy to talk to and made sure I understood all the info given to me! read more

I got a lash lift and tint. The tint process was cut short because it was stinging my eye but the lift is amazing! My lashes are long but straight and do not hold a curl. The lift keeps them up all day, they're so cute and this is about 12 days ago. I bought the recommended products to remove my mascara and another one to help keep the curl for as long as possible. I went to Brittney, she was kind and knowledgeable. I love my lashes, will definitely be back! read more

2stars, because the staff was very nice and responsive to my complaints and concerns. I have had eyelash extensions for several years. My regular gal closed her shop and retired, so I tried the lash lounge. Gave them two fills, was thinking the first disappointment was just a one off. At the end of the day, a million excuses why I couldn't have full lashes, even though I showed them a picture from their own website, and was told "sure, I can do that": Horrible uneven looking lashes. Not full at all! Hard to tell I even have them on unless you look close up. Big waste of money and time. read more

Terrible Communication & Unfair Pricing -- Never Going Back I wish my experience at The Lash Lounge had been as smooth as they advertise, but it was the opposite. Communication was the biggest issue right away. Messages were confusing, delayed, or not answered at all. When I reached out for help about my membership, cancellation, and service questions, I got vague responses or completely different answers every time. Later I was even told there was "no lack of communication," even though I had timestamps and proof showing otherwise. It felt like my concerns were dismissed instead of addressed. Then there's the pricing system. I was shocked to find out that if I wanted to get back to my original lash style, I'd be charged a dollar per extra lash. Most professional lash techs don't do that. They work with you to achieve your look, not charge for every individual lash like it's some kind of add-on menu. The whole experience made me feel unheard and undervalued as a customer. I walked away disappointed, overcharged, and honestly frustrated. I won't be returning, and I strongly recommend choosing an independent lash technician instead -- someone who actually listens, communicates clearly, and doesn't make you pay extra for every lash just to get the style you originally asked for. read more

I went to the lash lounge a while ago and unfortunately I wouldn't ever go back. The lady doing my lashes was very nice, I asked for a hybrid set. There was nothing wrong with the way that they looked other than the inner corners were too thick. However, the quality of service here is less than acceptable for the outrageous price they are charging! I paid around $150 for a hybrid set that only lasted a week. I kid you not, I had no lashes going into the second week. I was upset by this and found out even though the service didn't last what it was supposed to, I couldn't even get a fraction of my money back. They offered to book me for a fill. Why would I come in AGAIN if your work is not good? I tried being nice about it but almost $200 is an insane price to pay these days for lashes who don't even last. It's not like I even needed a fill.... I needed a whole new set. anyway, I'm very upset by this experience and recommend anyone to find a independent lash artist. read more

went in for a lash lift and tint, eyebrow tint- nothing special and I have a history of doing noth services no issue. The lash lift "didn't work" and the brow tint didn't cover the like 10 gray hairs I wanted covered ( again - have done many times). When going to "check out" they wanted me to stay and have a master stylist do the service or come the next day - I could not accommodate either. Then, they wanted me to pay for the lash lift. i am fine to pay for lash/brow tint though one could complain the brow tint was not done well either. it seems the root cause problem was an inexperienced stylist. The receptionist argued it was no different then getting my hair done and not liking it ( and gave several other stupid examples). This is not a function of me not liking it - there is nothing to like or not. Clearly by offering a more experienced stylist and telling me it is because they can take more time - the issue was the inexperienced stylist. I had to refuse to pay for the lift. I did pay for both tints though the brow tint was also a fail. Lash places are a dime a dozen - find a different place that will stand by their work ( or lack thereof) without making it an ordeal. read more

After three days half my lashes fell out. After a week, I had one eye with some lashes and my other eye with literally like two. I looked like an idiot. Mind you this was my first time having lashes ever. I didn't rub my eyes, I slept with a 3D lash extension mask, I cleaned them with a special soft tip brush and lash extension cleanser sold at lash lounge. Safe to say, I will never return and my experience with lash extensions was shot because of lash lounge. Thanks alot. read more

Do NOT get a membership and let them put you on autopay. I called to cancel my membership in May 2024 and was told that I needed to submit in writing. I immediately followed up with an email. I realized in November that I was still getting charged and went into the Lash Lounge on November 21 at 6pm to see what was going on. They acknowledged that they received me previous email and had me fill out a new form. I was told that the manager was getting her lashes done right then but someone would contact me about the months of erroneous charges. Not only did I not get contacted - I was charged again on Dec 10, 2024 for another monthly fee. I have now blocked them from putting anymore charges on my account but they certainly owe me for 7 months of fees. read more

This review is my personal opinion and impression after dealing with The Lash Lounge. This business is ran by an immature untrustworthy snake who will screw over customers at any chance possible. Read the other poor reviews, and you'll realize this company has zero concern for your lashes, they just want their money. After scheduling a service through their scheduling platform, we received a last minute phone call saying our appointment and tech wasn't available. But instead they could offer different people at different times, the whole voicemail was confused babble without any clear appointment confirmed. The appointment we asked for was unavailable, and the business was such a mess we did not schedule any of the confused babble options provided, it was clear that this business didn't have their stuff together. The real pathetic act is that The Lash Lounge not only charged us nearly $300 for this appointment that they could not keep, but they refused on two separate phone calls to refund us for the non-provided service. Then you read other reviews, people in tears about their lashes, only for the owner to say "you got a discounted service what did you expect?" We will never solicit this business again and suggest you do the same. We NEVER got refunded. Had to go to the bank for a credit card chargeback for a fraudulent charge, as we were charged for a service we didn't receive due to the Lash Lounge being unable to meet their commitment for the technician and schedule. I booked with a stylist in training for a free full set, it took nearly 8 hours to complete between 2 days to get the full set, just to end up getting it removed as soon as it was finished because the stylist messed up so badly. The manager offered me a free full set by a more experienced stylist to compensate for that terrible experience, so i booked a week and a half in advance for a full set. The day of that full set appointment, i got a text 3 hours before my appointment time saying the owner cancelled it for another client. Literally the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. This is my first time getting LE. Over all experience at this place has been wonderful. Friendly staff and a very clean studio. I see the techs always disinfecting the areas. I notice the details.
