came here for lunch on a sunny day. it was pretty busy so we didnt get to sit on the patio but the vibes inside were still grrrrreat! service was good considering, and they were very polite and understanding. i ordered a hamburger and my mom enjoyed the lobster roll. theres a good variety of foods to have and was a awesome way to end our trip!

We were here for an early lunch two Sundays ago. It had been a few years since my last visit which I recalled as having been lovely. When we arrived the combo Sunday brunch and lunch menu was in effect. Since we had been up since the crack of dawn with breakfast long behind us, neither of us was in the mood for brunch/breakfast type food. That said, as many do during brunch we did start with a Bloody Mary each. ;-) They were spicy and quite tasty. Good job on those. I ordered the fish and chips which seems to be my go-to these days. I was not disappointed. The fish was not overcooked which seems to be a problem for some places when they fry fish. The coating was done in what seemed to be a tempura style and so the crust was wonderfully light and not at all greasy. It did not cling to the fish which I like. Delicious, not oily at all and perfectly cooked white fish. The fries were just okay. Tom ordered the burger which came with a gorgeous looking shiny, dark crusted bun and loaded with lettuce, tomatoes and relish and a nicely sized burger. He said it was delicious. It was so hefty it needed to be properly managed by cutting it in half and even then it was a mouthful. We sat on the porch which in warm weather is open sided but now has large clear plastic sheets covering the window area. It had a lovely greenhouse effect and felt cozy. We had a beautiful view of the harbor. I think this would be my preferred space to eat. next visit. Tasty food, nice ambience, helpful and attentive waiter. All in all a lovely start to our afternoon in Marblehead.

BRAYAN'S STEAK FRITES - steak was cooked perfectly, seared on the outside and pink on the inside

Great location with amazing views, plus the food and drinks were good! No complaints here.

    SMOKED SALMON Benedict

They had great options for brunch but none of the food really wowed us. The eggs Benedict was cold by the time it reached us, the burger wasn't super flavorful, and the salads both were just ok. Neither dressing was particularly good. The best thing was the salmon piece on the Ceaser salad. Especially since the rest of the salad was really small and seemed to be 3 uncut pieces of lettuce. None the less, this is a beautiful location. This is a busy spot even though it is tucked away in a difficult area. There were about 6 other families with kids and it's nice that they made accommodations for families, but they also have a strict no stroller policy. Just something to be mindful of.

Great food and an authentic coastal atmosphere! The restaurant sits right next to where the local fishermen unload their fresh-caught lobsters, so you know everything is as fresh as it gets. Noah, our waiter was friendly, the portions were generous, and it's a perfect spot for families -- our kids loved watching the boats come in while we ate. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Marblehead!

Emily & Bianca were amazing bartenders! They made me feel very welcome, were extremely friendly, and gave me some great recommendations for things to do in town. The ambience of the bar is very laid back with cozy vibes. I enjoyed a glass of wine with 1/2 dozen oysters. The mignonette was to die for.

Been here many times and it's always a hit! If you're looking for great, tasty fried fish and chips, The Landing Restaurant simply has the best in Marblehead and it's right on the water for the ambiance.

Everything went well! Outside seating, perfect weather. Chowder was thick and delish with grilled corn. Lobster roll was sweet, not huge but perfect. Calamari with a spicy aioli hit the spot...and cocktails!

    ROASTED BEET SALAD

By the water!? Sign me up! The landing had good service and very accommodating for your needs. Beet salad was fire, and try the French onion soup! Inside or outside seating. And in a cooler month like March, heated outside seating! But still allowed for some spring time breeze

Haddock, purse parsnip, asparagus in front. Munk fish, risotto, squash in back. Both so so delicious.

The interior is very small so if you are a group, I recommend sending a designated person to order. We went standard Lobster Rolls with butter on the side. The lobster meat, just stop there, tail, claws, all parts, and so much of it! Well worth every dollar we paid! There were lobsters in the tank and when one of the staff members pulled out one for photos ops! It was so fun! Very nice and friendly staff. It shows they are family (two families) owned and runned! Our meals came out faster than expected and we're brought out to our chairs. They have a good selection of wines and beers! Great place for lunch or picking up items for dinner at home! If you are any where near Marblehead, make sure yo stop of for lobster rolls at The Little Harbor Lobster Company.

At the recommendation of our local host, I went for the Pan Seared Haddock. This comes with lobster meat in a white sauce served over potatoes and cooked spinach. So tasty, the seafood was tender and delicious, the sauce not overwhelming the flavors. Our server, Casey, was top notch and gave the right amount of earnest attention. When he wished us a good evening, I think he truly meant it. Husband had the seafood platter mixed and I tried one of the shrimp which was excellent. Great spot, though it is dimly lit and noisy(just know before you go type thing). Didn't hamper our enjoyment of a fun evening at all!

Others in our group tried the Fisherman's Platter, haddock, and a few other seafood favorites, and the reviews around the table were unanimous: delicious. We shared a few bottles of wine that paired beautifully with the meal, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming--ideal for long conversations, laughter, and catching up.
