We used to play here, back when it had 27 holes, aka 3 nines. One of the nines were up on top of…read morethe hill with awesome views. Now Phoenician only has 18 holes, lost 9 holes to vacation homes being build around the course. The course is still beautiful and back 9 has some good views with beautiful landscape surrounding the course. As for the course, it is in excellent condition with minor brown patches due to the summer heat. Most holes are target golf so Make sure you know where to aim. It is challenging due to undulating fairways and greens where our group truly enjoy the round. Will definitely return when I find good deals on teeoff.com again. Nice golf carts with TuneIn stations. Cooler with ice to chill your canteens. Chill bottled water provided in most comfort stations Friendly OSP and staffs. Bathroom on course: A+

We enjoyed a lovely dinner unfortunately we weren't close to the restaurant but when we called the front desk we where told the bell boy come to our door with door to door golfcart service . J&G offered an incredible dining experience. I felt like I was at home here and I can't recommend this Luxury resort enough. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. If you're looking for luxury accommodations at your fingertips this place is an absolute must-try!

Yes, there were some minor brown patches on the fairways but nothing major. The views from hole number 10 mens black tee box is amazing. After this, all my focus totally got shifted to the beautiful Phoenix Mountain preserve. LOL. Price: Ok, I really don't get any commission for mentioning teeoff.com but I couldn't resist as I find so many good golf deals. Cooler on cart: TWO! Enough room for bottle waters and neck cooling towels. Ice machine: starter area. Comfort station: Both front 9 and back 9 have very CLEAN bathroom, not the portable. A+ in this department. Note: The logistics between the course and the bag drop / checkin 'pro shop' area is not that great. If this is your first golf trip to Lookout Mountain, the entrance for bag drop and checking in is at the Point in Tyme restaurant. Do not go to the golf course directly. Otherwise, you will need at least another 8 minutes to turn around and head back to the top, depending on incoming traffic. Or, 10 to 15 minutes walk/trek uphill, roughly par 4 distance. Background: I am an avid golfer. I do not have the distance but I hit straight and on the fairway 99.9% of the time. And I have a solid short game. My HCP is between 30 and 35. I review basic requirements from a golf course which I believe most lady golfers can appreciate: esthetic, character, and female friendliness.

The greens are also very large so putting is a challenge. Beautiful and well worth the calhallnage. The staff were great and it's a great value.

We came here in May on a Sunday to play mini golf. I've heard so many great things about Pop stroke…read moreand the media buzz because it's Tiger Woods's innovative creation. In fact, one of the first signs that you'll come across is a quote by Tiger Woods. "Some of my happiest memories are of spending time with my Pops on the golf course having putting contests." Awww! I came with my fam and for the adults it's $30 a person and for kids it's $20 for all day putting. It includes your golf club rental and a ball. You can also have the option of opting out of the cost if you just want to watch and in my case, I was just going help my kiddo and observe. We wanted to have lunch first and the food is actually pretty good! I actually got the burger in a wrap which made it feel healthier yet still savory & delicious! There is also a shaded playground, foosball and ping pong tables. There are 2 mini golf courses to choose from, black (easier and flatter) and red (harder and hillier with obstacles). It's designed like a classic putting course without the cutest obstacles. So for younger kids, they may not find it as engaging unless they are really into putting. You can also order drinks and food while on the course and it'll be delivered right to you. Overall, it was a fun experience!
