Add to this the awful ambient music track mixed with a busker with a flute clamouring for attention and the scene was complete. I felt sorry for the staff, who were doing their best, but there is a lack of attention to detail that spoils the experience, and this detracted from some quite acceptable food. I was quite upset about the crab, which was advertised on the menu boards, and if it was fresh in that morning, it should have been cooked and prepared ready for lunch customers.
