I had created and opened Fanny's Dining Room, next door at 55 Abbey Road in 1973, Whilst I owned the Mousetrap and Fanny's, I also went to Manage The Swan Hotel in Streatley, Berkshire for Danny La Rue, who was a good friend of mine.
